Price for what you received was great. Staff was plesant and the accomodations were tasteful. I would definately recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Construction noise due to renovations and additions were a bit annoying but it has to happen some time.

If there wasn't building construction being carried out, it would have been a lovely holiday at this hotel. Staff were helpful with transporting me. Maureen's Cafe across the road had great food. The breakfast at the hotel was of very poor quality.

During construction of the extension of the hotel, the hotel should not be taking guests. Construction noise can be heard from morning until night and the workers overlook the pool.

Staff is great, thank you, Lia Martina. Breakfasts was good and tasty. Swimming pool is clean. transfer to the Jimbaran beach was included. We'll definitely go back to Bali and this hotel.

Last 500 meters road to hotel is pretty bad.

The staff was very friendly, we interacted a lot with Lia she was really nice and gave us some really good suggestions and advice.

The garden and pool area are very well kept and in good condition. Great service staff and great rooms.

Away from the tourists aérea nice to relax

A little out of the way in a neighborhood in the bush so I need it a scooter

- Spacious and pleasant-smelling three-bedroom villa.- Friendly staff members.- Fridge provided in the room.- Good hot water and non-slip tiles in the bathroom.- Pool maintenance and kids enjoying the pool area.

- Inadequate air conditioning in some bedrooms.- Bugs found on daughter's bed.- Lack of a microwave for reheating food.- Insufficient utensils and cutlery provided in the room.- Blanket too thick for the climate.- Limited coffee options at breakfast and insufficient food due to a large group of guests.- Unruly behavior of some guests at breakfast, affecting food availability and staff treatment.- Difficult parking situation with unclear signs and limited guest parking spaces.- Poor condition of nearby road, affecting accessibility to the resort.

Large room, great people, nice bar & staff with pretty pool. As many mentioned, I also e joyed great breakfast with its variety and taste. We stayed 3 nights but we could not enjoy different menus at every morning.

Location was not the most convenient. But putting it aside, I have some suggestions.- may better to update reception call number on any brochures on the room- may better to consider to prepare any plate/bowel and tea spoon for the room which has kitchen- need trash bin in a room. Not only toilet disposal bin.- need refills in bath shampoos & shower gel - better not to disturb guest at early morning for your room cleaning Sorry to listed such minor points.. we just hope your upgrade to be better quality villas.

Normal hotel.

The location is not good. It doesn’t really have anything around it and the street to get to the hotel are pretty ruined with holes- so it’s not pleasant on a bike or car. Not many options for breakfast. No yogurt and they only had instant coffee which I found strange. Breakfast finished at 10am which was also too early. The main entry door to the room would be with sliding doors and they wouldn’t close fully. I found it very difficult to lock it as well. Which also made it very noisy especially if someone is walking by. It takes about 10mins for the hot water to get to the shower which to me was unpleasant.Not good cleaning services. They wouldn’t change my towels and they also don’t have laundry service as described on the booking page.

Very good pool, nice inner territory, friendly staff.

Location is terrible, rooms are not very pleasant, breakfast is poor. Note for families with kids: pool view could be too noisy in the evenings + plenty of mosquitoes + frogs noise + mosquitoes

bad location, rip-off

that you pay 100,000 if a cup is broken. after the room was cleaned we had no toilet paper left.the room was above the kitchen so that when cooking was going on it was loud and the room stank after eating. it started at 4 in the morning. My mattress was crooked

Nice and clean rooms, very comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Delicious breakfast buffet.

It is secluded from the city. Good for travellers who wants a quiet place

Breakfast was good, personal was friendly and the in hotel scooter rental was fair price.

The Location was not good, because you need a scooter to get to shops, restaurants, bars or beach.

Quiet and staff was helpful. We checked into room 208 and the AC wasn’t working they switched us out to 108
