Restaurant is nice

We had a horrible terrible experience at Biu Biu resort. Once we were checking out, the employee at the resort kicked our driver off the premises and tried to force us to take one of their drivers for triple the price. We had to walk over 300 meters with our luggage at 12 p.m. to meet our driver, and it was extremely hot and my wife was sick. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYONE. Please stay away and go with any other resort, the others are much better in every aspect. Their beach is full of garbage and not equipped with anything. STAY AWAY.

The staff was friendly and helpful in crisis situation.

There were fine print rules that was not stated when booked and nor mentioned at check in. This cause a lot of issues for my family as my father was not in best health and it caused a lot of issues/concerns for us.

Very nice resort but remote edge of the town--taxi ride was horrible by traffic and road conditions. Private beach was unusable, dirty and big waves maybe due to rainy season.

Quiet, nature and bird songs and rains--and thunderstorms.

A beuatiful location, although the whole place had a weird energy. The restaurant magement were not treating staff well in front of customers and it was uncomfortable to watch. They were unable to fulfil very simple / small requests - like providing some milk to the room for tea. It felt strangely unhospitable.

The location is spectacular, although a bit more remote than we were expecting. The views from the resort were incredible and the resort itself is well appointed and beautifully laid out, we loved the infinity pools looking out over the ocean. We appreciated that we could walk down to the small beach. The food was good but not amazing. The rooms were really beautiful, comfortable and well appointed.

There isn't much within walking distance from what we could tell, and Grab cars aren't allowed right up to the property so you need to walk down the road a bit to catch a car. The resort can get you a taxi or motorbike hire. If you're looking for relaxation at the resort, and don't mind 30mins+ car rides to get where you want to go then the location is probably fine, but we really like to explore by foot when we can and it felt harder to do that here.

We stayed in a gorgeous bungalow. The pool area was fantastic with great views for sunset and the food very good for Bali in the restaurant.

Only thing that could have made it better was improving the cocktails. Thought these were very disappointing and the wine also not good. Difficult to think of what else to drink as a female who didn’t want to drink beer at sunset!

Ocean view from open hotel and pools was exceptional and breakfast was very good and well presented.

Rooms so small they don't even have a chair supplied and our old bed ( Shaka 3) was the hardest/worst l have ever slept in.Hotel quite isolated in rural area so need a taxi to go anywhere and due to this drinks are expensive.

This is a very beautiful place in terms of nature, but other than that, there is nothing left. The service staff is terrible, not enthusiastic, even taking advantage of guests. You are not allowed to enter the swimming pool or other services without permission, you have to check in and go through complicated procedures to enjoy them. The room is not soundproof, the restaurant plays music too loud, so it is very noisy to sit in the room. In addition, the room does not have basic amenities: no robes, no slippers, no phone to contact the reception (so you will not be able to call for help if you do not walk to the reception to call the staff). The food is terrible, the Italian restaurant with pasta and pizza is like frozen food bought from the supermarket, heated and served.

This place is beautiful - the garden and the inifinity pools overlooking the ocean are magnificent. It is great for a romantic stay or a retreat, the place is calm and you can enjoy the sound of the ocean in the background. The food and drinks were delicious and the private beach was very beautiful, however we did not swim in the ocean due to a very strong current. I don't know if we were unlucky, or it stays like this throught the year (if it is something important to you, I recommend additional research).

Staff weren’t altogether accommodating. Restaurant service in the morning very slow. Fresh fruit great. Cooked items poor. Could not accommodate change. They tried but not quick to think to offer alternatives.

The pools were beautiful and the location on the cliff side incredible. We had all meals here and dinner was delicious and quality produce.

Local taxis are outside do not order an online taxi to collect you. You can be dropped at the property by taxi but not collected. Unless it is a private transfer company collecting you if you wish to go out you will need to use local taxi or walk to the top of the t intersection. Hotel does not have this in their info but there are signs on the road you could miss.

Amazing views, beautiful decor throughout the property, very helpful staff and good food with plenty of options. The breakfast included with our booking was amazing!

There were renovations that caused noise and had tradies coming and going most of the day (8 am to 5 pm).Also, wait times for lunch or dinner would some times be over 1 hour.Mattress and pillows could be better.

You can’t deny that the location is out of this world, with the hotel nicely perched on the Clifftop overlooking its own private beach. Unfortunately that’s where the positive stops. This was obviously a beautiful hotel back in the day, however it is now very run down and in desperate need of some TLC. We stayed in the clifftop villa with its own pool which was an absolute blessing for us and definitely made our stay more enjoyable as the place was overrun with Russians who took over the other pools. The food was very average but with no other options close by you really don’t have a choice to dine elsewhere. The final straw for us was our last night when a mouse (more like rat) ate through the roof thatching of our very broken roof during the night and went on a rampage at 4am. We still have not received any follow up on this matter which is quite disappointing.

Beautiful spot, great view, very peaceful. Location is not great, but the spot is ideal for quiet retreat; views are spectacular.

To be honest I didnt like anythinfg there.

1. I came at the night with my boss and in my room the AC was not working, while the temperature was 30c in the room.I requested another room with a request that my Boss will stay in the damaged Room.AND I had to pay extra FULL PROCE for a room with working AC. I had to pay 1 900 000 idr for one night.I would expect that I will have it for free or alright for some fee - because the room we supposed to have was not able for any usage without AC! Telling me that the technician is on holidays - Thats not my problem excuse me?I left the other day and I moved to Milo Stay that is right next to them and it was PERFECT! I really recomend !Everything working, very kind staf and lower prices.Also way more quiet because it was not full of stupid influencers.If You want peacefull stay, diner and time I do not recomend this place! Influencers everywhere photographing with a flash.

Beautiful views. Amazing spa. Delicious food. Super helpful staff. Love the service and the place itself.

Will be nice to have live music in the evening or some movie night. To have some entertainment at the hotel will be the wonderful thing.Will be good to have Hair conditioner, slippers and bath robe at the villa .Outside the hotel is a lot of rubbish along the road to hotel and around it. I think hotels should take care of it as it is also a part of visitors impression about the place. 3 hotel can clean the area around in one day. Sad to see that the beautiful nature of Bali covered by so much rubbish.

Our experience was extremely unpleasant, and due to multiple serious issues, we were forced to check out early after just one night despite having a longer booking.Major Concerns We Faced:1.Safety & Accessibility Issues – The hotel’s location is highly inconvenient. There is no mobile network, and cabs are not allowed near the property, forcing us to walk a considerable distance just to get transportation. This was not mentioned at the time of booking.2.Poor Room Quality & Amenities – The room condition was far below expectations, and the amenities were substandard. Additionally, room service is only available until 11 PM, meaning we couldn’t even get water after that time, which is unacceptable for a hospitality establishment.3.Unhygienic & Uncomfortable Environment – The entrance outside the hotel was extremely unhygienic, and several unknown local men, presumably drivers, were gathered there, speaking in a language we didn’t understand. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, especially since I was traveling with my wife.Due to these serious issues, we had no choice but to check out early for our safety and comfort. Although we understand that our booking was non-refundable, the hotel failed to provide even basic standards of safety, hygiene, and hospitality, making it impossible for us to continue our stay.
