I loved the two pools so that when one is busy, you can go to the other. Great to have a restaurant on site- very good food and options.

I didn?t like they the menu has items that are not available - take them off if you aren?t going to carry the product or have available. Also- the menus all need to be updated and reprinted. It?s silly the staff have to take from another table.

Great restaurant/pool area with ocean view. Lots of good chill out spots and areas to eat/drink or just enjoy the peace.Breakfast was great!Villa was awesome, super comfy bed and cleaned daily. Grounds were well laid out and a complete chill nature vibe - pretty much what you want in Bali!Huge should out to Widi our server most days- he was epic, super friendly, attentive and everything you could ask for (always putting up with our families food requests with a smile). Good service like his really made the place top tier! Thanks Widi!!

Drinks were a bit expensive compared to elsewhere but you get what you pay for with the facilities

The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the massage and also appreciated the good restaurant on-site.

privacy of the rooms was really good, having two pools meant that neither seemed particularly overcrowded. good options for meals. friendly and attentive staff.

we got caught out on a rainy day which was unfortunate - some games/cards available at the office, a tv in the room or some activities to stay occupied might have been good but this didnt impact our overall enjoyment of the stay.

We loved the location from La Joya Balangan, really close to the waves eventhough still quite a bit further of a walk when you want to surf. We loved the food and our bungalow was really cute

We felt that the bungalow was a bit outdated, especially the deck has quite a bit of cracks where it sometimes feels that you could fall through or at least get splinters from the cracked wood. We also missed more of a couch outside instead of 2 chairs, it would be have lovely to just "hang and chill" outside instead of sitting next to each other having a beer.

The place was very nice relaxing hotel. The breakfast was great and the people were nice.

Staff are very friendly, main pool is beautiful, resort is very well maintained, included breakfast is delicious with multiple options. Bungalows are very well appointed.

Family pool could do with a spruce-up. Quite isolated, so GoJek or Grab is a must.

Loved the privacy of our own bungalow. And the food was reasonably priced. Floating breakfast was very special. Great spa.

A little remote. You need to drive to get anywhere else.

Love the room style and gardens.Area around the restaurant and pool is lovely. Having our own private garden was gorgeous.

The pool at the back of the property needs some serious attention. Super slimy and in need of a good clean. Perhaps rather than building more rooms which is currently happening, more time could be spent on a little maintenance here and there. Having said that, it was very good value for money in that location. Breakfasts were great but I felt a little love was missing from the dinner plates. Not everything on the menu was available either.

nNi water hose at the bathroom .. that was shocking and very difficult for Muslims and for proper cleaning. must be considered.

The whole resort is exceptional. The villa was amazing and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The spa experience was pleasant. The quiet atmosphere is designed for deep relaxation escaping noisy cities and roads.

The location is a bit remote to drive anywhere else.

The hotel's location is amazing and the jungle-type garden around the whole property gives a very enjoyable vibe.

When we arrived at our bungalow, we discovered leaks in the roof, as there were puddles of water near the bed and in the bathroom. I reported this to the staff, who assured us they would address it. However, when we returned an hour later, the puddle by the bed was merely covered with a towel, and the one in the bathroom remained untouched.Additionally, there was no vegan option on the menu for their New Year’s event. This wouldn’t have been an issue if we could order something else, but the event menu was fixed. We politely asked if the main course could be modified to remove the meat, but our request was declined.The bed sheets and pillowcases had stains that appeared to be permanent and unremovable. I wish such a beautiful hotel would take better care of its upkeep.

Such a gorgeous location AND the property is located in a quiet corner of Bali! The grounds and pools are beautiful! Very very friendly staff!

+ Courteous staff who did their best to accommodate requests+ Picturesque setting with water views from dining area. Apparently the sunsets are magnificent but since we visited during rainy season, it was cloudy the 3 evenings we were there so can't personally vouch for this+ Delicious food & fresh tropical juice (Recommend yummy Nasi/Mie goreng or Satay Ayam and fresh whole coconut as you get the juice for a drink as well as coconut meat for dessert)+ 2 uncrowded swimming pools surrounded by lots of relaxing lounges & daybeds+ Access to beach+ Mosquito nets on beds+ Surrounded by nature - ocean, palm trees, gardens, birds & butterflies

Not as peaceful a retreat as we were hoping for and therefore not worth the money we spent.- Bungalows a cool concept BUT can't be properly sealed so heat, noise, and insects invade the space... glad for the Mosquito nets but killed literally dozens of mozzies on arrival and had to leave nets down our whole stay to try to ensure a mozzie-free sleeping space- Outdoor shower hut a romantic concept and allows the bungalow to be more spacious BUT while it's 'private' meaning it's assigned only to you, it only has curtains, so no way to lock it for privacy... bugs will also accompany your shower- Direct access to beach is convenient BUT stairs may be challenging for some & beach was unfortunately full of litter- Food was fresh, good quality, delicious & there were a fair few choices BUT all very pricey, often took a long time, and subject to extra tax & service charges (every single time). Stray cats & dogs sometimes wandered around dining/pool area. Be aware the included breakfast is not a buffet, and if your child is under 5 and 'stay for free', then there is no breakfast assigned to them. Options & portions decent, but we always ended up having to pay for extra. Enjoyed the fresh mixed juice every morning but wish hotel would stop using plastic straws, especially considering all the plastic littler on the beach! Aside from the bottle in the bungalow, drinking water was only provided at breakfast time when should be available 24/7 for free refills- Away from main hustle & bustle of Bali, which is what we wanted, BUT be aware it takes over an hour from airport by taxi when there's traffic and means other food options are extremely limited & no supermarket/IndoMaret nearby.- A LOT of noise pollution from nearby dogs, roosters, motorbikes & fireworks- No phone in room to call reception- No covered walkways which makes walking to restaurant annoying in the rain- Needs maintenance e.g.

In addition in the standard room you can hear the other rooms loudly and have bed bugs bites on my body.

The service is the best in my opinion. The environment is very comfortable and the scenery is very good. It is close to the sea. It's a pity that we came during the rainy season and didn't see the sunset we wanted. But this makes me determined to come again next time.

My stay was very good. The sandbags at the door were always wet because of the rain, so I personally hope that a comfortable chair or single sofa can be added to the room, and the lighting can be a little brighter, which would be great! ??

Very beautiful environment with lots of greenery. Good food in the restaurant because of european chef.

Zero isolation of the bungalows. Not possible to sleep during the night because of all sounds of frogs, birds, dogs, roosters and geckos with their terrible noise making on the rooftop. Bed is not comfortable, lots of mosquito bites during the night even when sleeping with the net. Toilet was leaking.

Great pool area, food and atmosphere in general. We had a great time here. Not much to do in the area but it is right next to the beach by going down a stairs, beautiful sunset and view.

Although room was clean mosquitoes were everywhere. But they do provide netting with the beds, so you are good for sleeping.
