Very clean. Amazing Complimentary breakfast. Cool rooftop infinity pool. Great roof area. Just about a perfect stay. The Infinity circle design is very cool. Close to airport. About a $10 US nice shuttle to airport. Speak good English, too. Ivan

I loved it all.

Infinity pool on the top level was great. Nice cool weather let us stay deep into the night watching planes take off and land. The sky was filled with stars too

Breakfast . Staff helpfull

Lights were not working , that made the room very dark. Not nice or comfortable

Staff are not flexible and the food was not clean we found hair in the omelet and cheese

The staff were excellent — polite, professional, and very well-trained. The rooftop pool was surprisingly pleasant, clean, and a good size for the hotel’s category.

The main issue is the deceptive photo used in the listing — it shows a beach club "Klive" that is not part of the hotel and is actually far away (around an hour in traffic). The rooms are very small. The hotel is in an extremely crossroads. super busy area with no possibility to walk anywhere — only taxis or bikes, and both are affected by traffic and bad fumes. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this listing image is misleading and should be corrected ASAP. The staff and rooftop pool are good, but honesty in advertising is essential. Bad score here for misleading image.

It was a great hotel nice and friendly with good food.The Pool on the roof top was gorgeous clean.

The bed was a little hard for me but still slept well.

Conveniently located less than half an hour from the airport, with a main road in front of the hotel that isn't too busy. The hotel is a bit old but acceptable for a 1–2 night stay. The rooftop pools offer great, unobstructed views.

There was only one unlabeled dispenser of soap in the bathroom, and no separate shampoo or body wash was provided. The gym was slightly dusty, and I had to turn on the air-conditioning myself. While there was a wide range of equipment as shown in the photos, most of it was quite old and dusty.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful 2 rooftop pools with nice view, good gym included, clean and comfy and spacious rooms and very kind and helpful staff everywhere, especially Bella at the reception. We extended our stay 5 times and stayed total 1 month - that's how much we liked it. Great value for the money. Very happy.

The pool, cleanliness and helpfulness

Difficulty with some communication

Had to find place immediately after having a horrible experience from other one. Staff helped us with the immediate booking and making us comfortable by providing extra staff to carry our luggage. Rooms where comfortable and clean. Its close to most of the tourist places in jimbran and uluwatu.

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, asked for the king bed - it was two twin beds pushed together creating a very hard section in the center of the bed, was unfortunately sick during my stay and spent a lot of time in bed and it has cause immense back pain. Very few vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast or room service, Food in generally under seasoned. A mix of friendly and helpful staff and reluctant to help staff. Towels in the room are in very bad condition in immediate need of replacement. Fridge in the room does not maintain a cold temperature. Doors do not have a soft close so was woken in the night by the slamming of surrounding room doors.

The pool & the lobby

Bed was hard and it was very loud and hot lobby and restaurants inside lobby

Everything was so clean and the staff was so polite and nice!I also loved those long pillows, they made sleeping even more comfortable.

The location of the hotel is in a really urban part of the Island, it is close to a lot of things but there is no beautiful view on anything and the busy road is literally next to the hotel.Also I didn't expect the room to be that small.Plus, the food at the breakfast seems like it was same every day.
