Bali Paragon Resort Hotel

Nothing at all.

The attitude of the staff is totally unhelpful. Their standard response to any question is "No". Also give misleading advice when asked a question like how much time to reach the airport. Always a massive traffic jam in front of the hotel and sometimes it takes 20 mins for the taxi or a car to arrive at a the lobby even though the car may be only a few metres from the Hotel. Terrible location.

Hotel is ok. Not too bad

My room cold handle didn’t work in the wash basin. Toilet flush also was not working well. Aircon cold but not like normal

Our kids really love the pool! The room is clean and the hotel lobby is spacious and I love the ambience. The staff really helpful and allow us to stay until midnight at the Pool near the Bar.

The parking area is very limited for the customer. I had to park my car adjacent to the main road which made me a bit worry.

What i liked while staying at this hotel was the swimming pool and just closed to food area

The breakfast doesn't have many choices of food and there are also no omelettes and the choice of bread also very small .This is the second time i have stayed here. The first time the choice of food was very good i was surprised.

The hotel is huge, have large swimming pools including kids pool with a slide, kids zone. The hotel is centrally located. MacDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut are walking distance from the hotel. Kuta is 15 mins away and Nusa Dua is just 5 kms. Jimbaran beach is also 10 mins away. Staff are polite, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is lavish - both local and international.So happy to book this hotel- no complaints. Will come back here again :-)

The room had mould on the ceilings, the sheets were covered in sauce stains and miscellaneous of other liquids and stains. The bathroom was dirty and since it had a window that looked into the room, the blind broke.

It misrepresented itself as a 4 star hotel, it should be a motel from the cleanliness of the room and lack of service from staff. I asked the staff to help us with bags and later on ordering a taxi for us they forgot us multiple times.

Very comfortable room. Staff all beautiful and so helpful. Pool is fabulous.

The bathroom needs upgrade. Not up to standard.

Breakfast had nice options, althou most of them weren't Europen. There is an outdoor section as well. Beds were comforable. Staff was very helpful and nice.

The only thing I didn't realy enjoy is the location - right next to the very busy street. Also, while at the outdoor pool, you could hear the cars passing by the main street.

Hotel was nice, bed was comfy.

I booked a massage and waited 15 mins and no one showed up so went to reception to find out they forgot to book it.

- amazing breakfast with a huge variety of options,- friendly, helpful staff (they even help to cross the road <3) ,- free beach towels rent,- nice AC,- fine WiFi,- stylish interior,- well-sized room with all needed storage space.

- WiFi could work better,- construction works nearby,- not a lot to do nearby the hotel you have to take a car/motorcycle everywhere,- pool most of the day is in the shadow,- you can smell humidity/dump in the room

The staff were lovely

The hotel rooms are very run down mostly the showers and there was mould in the rooms but when we told them they came and done a deep clean but this still didn’t remove the mould

The hotel was good, located in the middle of town, theres a lot of restaurant, convenience store near to the premis. Very easy to get your needs near to the hotel evertthing just a walking distance.

Good location near eateries, staff are friendly and helpful.

Outdated rooms, smelly and noisy. Some rooms have lots of mosquitoes

The fitness center is pretty good and big. The room is spacious.Closed to Udayana's University and easy to find food, Mc. Donald and KFC at walking distance.

Our room located at ground floor, can smell humid when we open the door. The shower room can't close properly, which cause the floor wet and flooded.

Friendly staff, nice location and good beds. Good place to stay when you arrive late in the evening to Denpasar like we did.

Great stay.. Lovely premises..Only $20 to stay until 6pm.

Courtyard was needing a tidy..Could hear guests above walking around.

Staff super friendly and helpful always smiling.Place is very clean and there is someone cleaning the premises and the swimming pool constantly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Location is good. Room and facility is good. Staffs are helpful.

During my stay, lots of guess coming too. So, there are many foods left at breakfast corner. I wish they could prepare breakfast for the group separately, so it did not bother other guest.

Interesting design and friendly staff

Poor facilities, rooms were old and dirty and equipment kept breaking. The beds were incredibly painful and far too sharp for such a small room.

Nice staff, clean room, big pool, kids happy. But breakfast the taste is okay. Need to improve the taste for breakfast food. But overall is good, thanks
