Good breakfast, excellent gym with well-equipped facilities, and outstanding service from Desu, who took great care of us throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing, with a large swimming pool. Sundara Restaurant is also lovely.The price is on the higher side, but it’s well worth it if you value exceptional service and a memorable overall experience from the moment you step into the hotel.

The only downside is that you get used to such a level of excellence far too quickly.

The landscaping and the staff (unbelievably friendly and swift in their response).

The beach is really disappointing. We decided to book this hotel based on the beach pictures shown on booking.com but the reality is totally different: not a private beach but a public beach with a lot of locals in front of the hotel. The water is brownish. It was much better to book a hotel in Uluwatu or Nusa Dua where the beach and view are much nicer

Absolutely amazing. As a family we will only use Four Seasons moving forward. What separated everything was the client services. They pride themselves on client services. Loved the kids house too!

Everything about the Four Seasons Jimbaran is just high class and luxury. From the general manager, to the staff to the spa and everything else in between including the beautiful room, this place exemplifies the perfect example of Five Star Treatment

A bit further from everything. I used Grab which is quite good to get around. The buffet could be improved for the money!

The staff is great and very friendly, the villa is beautiful and very comfortable and the spa is very good.

The restaurants are too expensive for the food they offer. They’re good but I had better meals for 1/3 the price in Bali. They’re still worth it.

The staff at the Four Seasons resort were absolutely incredible. They made our entire stay magical and so memorable. The entire team there should get promotions and raises on how good they were (honestly they really really should)! In particular the concierge team were amazing and made us feel like to trip was a dream!Thank you so much, we loved our stay and will definitely recommend the Four Seasons to our friends and family.

Beautiful big territory, 3 pools, 3 restaurants and bars. Delicious breakfast options, and mostly good food in all restaurants. Amazing service and very helpful and friendly staff.

An international breakfast buffet was served, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. The property was breathtaking, and we enjoyed our massages overlooking the ocean.
