The pool.

Too few power points (3 only inc bathroom).

Only had 1 breakfast. It's was nice . The staff were absolutely fantastic throughout the hotel. Really enjoyed my stay

The Water pressure in my room for a shower was appalling. There was a trickle of water. Keep someone in the pool bar area all the time instead if having to hunt someone down for a drink or a towel .

Wow, so many great things about this place! Firstly the staff, there were many of them always around. Astri was one of the staff that was absolutely amazing! The Location was fantastic, so close to everything without the noise from the main road as it is tucked away down a small road. Really loved everything about it.

we had a room with swim out to the pool.Pool also has swim up bar.Location is Great. Restaurants and shops at door step. So close to everything and yet, we did not have any noise what so ever. We have booked to go back.

There was no gluten feee options for me to eat

It is a great hotel the staff are warm and friendly It's nice to talk to them every morning. Had a strange misunderstanding at the checkout where apparently I lost their towel ( I have no memory of this) and I had to pay 400,000. I was a bit confused and upset at the time but it's still a great hotel and I just don't understand what happened that day. ☹️

pool was green the whole time of stay they just began cleaning it day before we left so was just starting to get better.Also only cold water on day of departure in bathroom

no wheelchair access to my room and when booked sayid ut was okay and not room i asjed for stayed one night out of 10 checked out next day no thing close for access a long way from rooms had to be carried to room and out in moerning

Location is perfect, off the street so very quiet. Staff are so friendly & nothing is ever too much!

Mattresses could do with an upgrade

Breakfast could of been better, to small on the servings.

Fact i asked for pool side room on the ground, got the upstairs room instead.

Staff was great helpful and pleasant

No buffet breakfast had 2 different breakfast daily

Shower facility didn't work and was denied a refund after leaving within 4 hours of arriving

The bed was very hard and pillows where old and lumpy. Shower was old and often cold.

Amazing pool, excellent size rooms. Can't wait to come back

Food was no good but not letting that affect our experience as it was really good

The beds were a bit hard. But i like a soft matress

Liked the property but they were having issues cleaning the pool so it was mostly closed. Not good when you pay extra for a pool access room. Best to check ahead.

The location was amazing, staff were so friendly and the villa was massive.

Access is over a bridge. Hotel falsely advertised themselves as Kuta Lagoon, when I booked it. It didn't come close to that hotel. has since changed it's name to Lagoon Bali..

Location

Anything. Kuta Lagoon now trading as Lagoon Bali are thieves. After taking almost $3000 under false pretenses they managed to somehow get access to my savings account and transferred almost $3000 to my credit account then withdrew that amount from my credit account. My Bank is investigating the fraud

Being able to chill in the pool with the other families and also being so close to our room
