Beautiful pool, clean rooms , excellent staff

The staff at Masainn were all very friendly and kind. The pools and room were excellent. The free breakfast was delicious and they even got up early to serve me before I went on an excursion. There are also several restaurant choices nearby and the beach is under 10 minutes walk. Overall an excellent place to stay in Kuta.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was not exactly great, but with a few and don'ts this hotel rates up with many others in the vicinity. The cleanliness and attention wereNothing to detail. I will recommend this property to anyone who is looking at a quiet and peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of beautiful BALI.

2 nights in masa inn hotel feel like at home..The staff were very friendly and so kind.the location is excellent..The swimming pool is very clean.highly recommend.

Good location and value for money

Need to update rooms bedding as it has stains and clean under beds very dirty

The pool is the greatest feature of this property, so big and very relaxing to lie on the deck chairs in the shade.

The meals were very basic and only available early in the day. If you like Poppies Lane then it’s a good location, but we found the vendors on the streets very aggressive. The room was dark and gloomy. Bathroom in poor condition.

Pool was clean and quiet. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Lovely garden. Beds comfy. Complimentary umbrella use for stay. Great WiFi reception. .

Bathroom needed attention. Fixtures rusty, grout mouldy

Near main streets, but quiet

A bit outdated room

Went for NYE so it was vey close to the beach clubs. Lots of restaurants and stores around. Beds were clean and comfortable enough and the AC worked fine. Also, the terrace outside the room was nice. Did not try the pools but they seemed nice.

The room could do with some general cleaning, and the bathroom even more so.Not great soundproofing, you can hear your neighbours and also the people outside at the pool.

Big rooms. Nice 2 pools. Friendly staff. Near Kuta beach and beach walk mall. Breakfast was ok also ?

Hope you can add a full length mirror. The water from the shower goes to the floor even if there’s curtain.

Good location and has a great pool

Rooms are out dated. Need to clean under beads and replace bedding. Stains on bed covers.

Room space, bed, bathroom, cleanliness, staffs' behavior, location near beach & local shopping places.

Pl provide complementary water on each day, complementary teabags/coffee sachets, mini toothpaste tube/tooth brushes, room slippers.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The two pools and outdoor decor were very nice, very clean and not crowded at all. It was quiet at night and the location was convenient to many restaurants, shops and the beach.

The room had a mold smell and the bathroom had black mold in it. The pillow had a sweat smell. The listing on Booking said that halal food options were available, but this wasn't the case. The time to the airport (listed as 15 mins) was longer than listed (around 40 mins) due to regularly high traffic in the area, which would have been helpful to know in advance.

Location is walking 2 minutes from Kuta beach. Two swimming pools. Staffs were very generous. Breakfast included good option. Cleanliness was outstanding.

Hotel should provide basic kit during stay. Bathroom was old. kitchen should have more diverse options of food (veg).

Spacious room, ideally located, close to the beach with everything nearby. Very neatly kept property. Staff was very friendly and hard working. They have maintained the property with utmost dedication. I will stay there again.

The Breakfast was good enough per portion, an additional bread slice if added could be better. Location is quite as the property is in the interiors,

The room was a bit old, even the flooring looked not clean, the bathroom didn't have a proper latch and requires a deep cleaning for the taps, sink etc. After i took a shower, the water didn't go down the drain and it clogged, had to wait for the water to settle down so the next person could use the shower. Even the main room looks dark, require more lighting if possible.
