NA - everything was impeccable

Room was lovely.

Food was average, cocktails weren’t the best and the music by the pool was very low, like elevator music. Refused to change it or turn it up especially during their happy hour.

Garden and pool. Daily all you can eat BBQ. Within a quick bike ride there are a lot of shops and restaurants. There's a water cooler at the lobby for unlimited drinking water.

The street outside the hotel isn't great. It's not pleasant o walk around. However I found the cutest souvenir store called Meyers Homewares 10min wal away!

I liked that the hotel is conveniently located — not far from the airport, which was perfect since we had an early morning flight to Labuan Bajo the next day. It’s also close to Kuta Beach and the nearby walking streets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant.

What could be improved is the check-in process. The staff, while polite, worked a bit slowly. We arrived late in the evening and just wanted to get to our room quickly, but the process took longer than expected.

Close proximity to both Legian and double six beach (10minute walk) hotel was clean and quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

Loved our stay here, the staff were amazing and so friendly. The pool was great, and the beds were super comfy. Rooms spacious. A little bit away from the hustle of the markets and pubs, but we liked that.

Spent a full week in Fairfield. Staff were attentive and nice, they made sure our stay was comfortable enough and it was clear that they were knowledgeable about how to handle a variety of guests with different demands and preferences. If an option is unavailable, they're always ready to present an alternative. Huge thanks to Nuarta and Sangtu for making sure our room was always tidy and that we had clean towels daily! Chintya was also a darling, she always greeted us with a smile and it was nice to chat with her when I first arrived. Already considering to book another stay!

Restaurant menu options could have more variety.

Clean and modern

They hosted some disco event, even though they warned us the day before, this was stupid. Why host a disco event at a place thats home to people, where some want to come and rest or sleep, no matter the time of the day. You can go to a disco if you want, you don’t need to bring it to the hotel.

Beautiful, clean and the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

The breakfast could have more variety.

It's a good place to stay and near to market and restraunts. The staff is lovely, especially Chintya, the relationship manager. She ensured that we had a memorable stay in Marriott.

Like the location not too crowded and not traffic. Thank ypu for all the staff namely to PUTU, CHINTYA also to our driver guide KETUT.

Room was not ready and had to wait 4hrs. Room overlooked court yard and was noisy into early hours.

Overall service was nice and the room i stayed in was nice and spacious

We were not allowed to take towels to the beach which is unreal considering ive travelled to Bali over 30 times and have never been told we arnt allowed to take towels to the beach only pool area. Secondly purchasing food by the pool, constantly handed bills after every drink, food item we requested, we stayed for 9 days we were not leaving the hotel on any day without paying our bill. At check out they made a huge deal over wedges that weren't payed for....we paid and left immediately disappointed after our treatment.

The hotel was very clean and well looked after, the breakfast was good buffet lots of different types of food. very helpful staff

It is very modern hotel nothing traditional here, Not a very big pool or enough sunbeds, local shops and bars not walkable so gojek all the time.

Staff is very nice and swimming pool was really clean but Shower was broken, the tv woke us up at 6:30am, only dental kit in name of toiletries. No conditioner in showers and extras were really expensive.
