Le LIMA Hotel

Room is good with balcony, small fridge, AC.The pool is very nice.They even gave me a hairdryer :)

The cleanliness is not very good, especially in the bathroom.

Pool was nice, rooms were clean and the place looked good.

Reasonable price . Big swimming pool that we didn’t have a chance to use. Staff are super friendly . Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Patio over looking the pool

The a/c was not working on the first night. No hot shower. Lots of Mosquitos in the yards. It’s on the very narrow road. There were some stray dogs in the area. Foul smell in the bathroom. No place to hang your clothes. No garbage can in the bedroom , there was only one bin in the bathroom

Pool although small, was amazing ! The hotel looks exactly as beautiful like the pictures !

Wifi was down for a while, but it went back, so it's all goods !

The location is fantastic, the staff are friendly, the pool is beautiful, and the Gardens, rooms are reasonably clean. Value for money.

The pool and the gardens were immaculate and very well looked after and really clean.

The bathroom was mouldy and was in desperate need of a replacement. The drains released an awful smell when we ran the tap.

Love the pool, the peace and quiet and the great staff.

Free breakfast was good. The hotel was located in a quiet location. Room was nice and the staff were friendly.

Good value for what you pay We only stayed the one night before our transfer. But would have liked to enjoy the beautiful pool. Rooms are basic. But we’re clean and what we needed. Great value and great location to shopping and all you want.

Breakfast wasn’t a lot. Only toast and coffee. But restaurants all very close

The location and facilities.. as we expected.. it is little away from main road , but it got its advantages too. Very calm quite atmosphere..so.nice sound sleep.. passage to property is little narrow but cars can can come in..it is by side of a Big Mall , still no noise or disturbance inside. Nice garden and crystal clear water pool. Mall, shoping areas Kuta beach all walking distance ..Breakfast is buffet and near the reception and is changing daily.. Mr Gede and staff always on call. Kerp up the good work Mr Gede and team... when we make another trip...surely our first choise will be Le Lima ... already I have suggested to my friends..

Nothing particularly.. the narrow road leading to property is little dark, during night, especially at the entrance ...and I have already informed the management..

It was a newish but poorly maintained hotel. No hot water in the room.. The hotel advised me of this when I booked in. On the third day when I checked out hot water was working BUT after I complained. There was no kettle in the room. Guests were expected to carry a cup a long distance to get hot water at reception and then carry the cup back to the room to use coffee and tea provided.. The bed linen was stained. The towels were dirty. Views overlooked a building site with foundations for a further 16 rooms. This has been abandoned. The pool was clean however and looked beautiful.I am disappointed with Booking.com ..pricing and images of hotels that do not reflect the true status of rooms. I have started to use AGODA which seems to be more professional as a booking agency.

The rooms were very dirty. Stains and hair on the linnen, mold in the bathroom, bad smell, the toilet / shower rusted and very dirty.

The outside pool area looks great, the rooms are quite big

The bathroom was awful, old and rusty. No hot water. The bedroom was dirty next to, under and around the bed. Dirty stained towels. The breakfast was awful, some bread, jam and potatoes

It's close to the beach and the Kuta city centre.Personnel here is helpful and kind. Online communication was very smooth, they helped us with getting a taxi for the airport in the morning and they also provided us with a nice breakfast to go since we were leaving the hotel at 6 am. These are the only 2 reasons why we're giving this hotel 5 and not a zero (1).

Except for the location and the staff who tried to do their best (if we close both of our eyes.it was a tragedy!Pool water is yellow not clean at all.The beach is close, but it's not the nicest one in Bali to be honest.The rooms need a proper cleaning!!!!!!!!!And the bathroom needs a complete reconstruction! I've never seen something so horrible in a hotel before! It was like a nightmare. We stayed one night, but if we were to stay longer we would run away from this place.My towel had brown spots (big ones!) when we asked the reception for new clean towels we were told that the towels are clean and the dirt is unfortunately washed-in. I don't even have words for that! What do you mean by that?!?! That's the basic of any hotel! A clean towel!!! We got new towels and they were again DIRTY!!!WE FOUND RUBBISH UNDER THE SINK. THE SHOWER IS JUST DISGUSTING!THE TOILET SEAT WAS LIKE FROM SOME RECONSTRUCTION SITE!And after you flush the while room smells like a drain.DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! RUN! DON'T BOOK! IT WILL ONLY RUIN YOUR VACATION!!!
