The facility was on renovation, the carpet near the bed dirty, the aircon a bit noisy, the floor need to be repaired/ update.

Booking.com for the second time made a mistake with extra beds and at the hotel I was asked to pay an extra 50% of the room rate which I refused to do

Super close to the airport and central to Kuta shopping and restaurant area. Not too far from the beach either. Really a perfect location. The property is pretty original too.Breakfast is good.

The property condition is a bit outdated. A good refresh is needed.

Nothing. The room is smelly. The housekeeping doesn’t clean. And the worst part is there is a school next door and the teacher is speaking on loud speaker telling kids to do class work. Every 15 minutes from 6:30 am she starts shouting at the top of her voice on a loud speaker. You can’t sleep here.

Everything is bad. The school next door with a bloody teacher shouting on top of her voice at 6:30 am all day. In evening they try to use the parking in front to put food stalls and there is no place to park.

its central location offers easy access to everything. the room was generously sized, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay

Hole in the plasterboard, mould on the ceiling and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Then in the morning they claimed that we had damaged the room!

Staff was there to rip you off, charged us $20 for spots on the bed sheet and said they had to laundry it to get the spot removed. They provided room service when we were not there, so we didnt know about the spots. Tried doing it again with a bill over $100 but when asked us to show the bed sheets they were givings stupid reasons like it went for dry cleaning, etc... even after 5 days sheets were not there and this time no pictures provided. So they returned us the money.Please don't fall for there breakfast deal. It's a scam with the worst ever breads provided and stupid so called fruit juice, full of water and sugar. Meal sizes are very very small and tasteless. Please have breakfast out side of hotel which is very very cheap and well prepared. Restaurant staff was very very rude and no words to explain. When asked for a masseur a girl from reception sent us couple who charged us over $300 for 3 people. They have there set commission and ripped us off. Rooms were very stinky, mould all over the hotel, water leakages inside the room and at so many places in hotel corridors. Half of the time Lift/elevator didn't work.Overall hotel is in filthy state and not even worth, FILTHY is the word. Stay away even you getting a good deal. Don't spoil your holidays. Looks like all the reviews are paid for.Will update with more pictures soon.

Good selection at breakfast,western/Indonesian it was enjoyable,relaxed vibe at hotel,staff quiet and polite,evening coffee on the street front.

Stayed in 356 unfortunately a concrete wall was the view.felt a bit chilly at midnight wanted to turn ac down but didn’t happen then was unable to turn it off so the wife and I had to cuddle closer ?.

Room are spacious, good service by staff. Staff are friendly and kind

Room was dirty and old, there was a dirty band aid on one of the beds and they wouldn't let us leave until they found where a tea spoon was one of my kids had given back to them that morning, for the price there are way way nicer places in the area

Appreciated the 24hr check in and closeness to the airport, we were quickly settled and comfortable after the long flight.Fantastic mattresses, and while we were a four person family staying in a room with all bunks it was absolutely comfortable snuggling two to a bedWe took a walk around the area, visiting the beach, the mall, the convenience store next door. Everything is available at a convenient distance.

Had a bit of an issue with requesting vegan breakfast option, but the staff did their best to accommodate us according to their understanding

The property is in the hart of Kuta which makes it nice and central with easy access to the local attractions. The swimming pool was clean and we enjoyed the swimming.

Unfortunately the rooms did not match the photos and its clear the property has a serious mold & moisture issue. There was water leaking from the hallway ceilings onto our room door and into our rooms. The rooms had a strong musty smell and the curtains suffered black mold growth. After bringing this to the front desk’s attention, they moved us from the lowest level to upstairs rooms which was better. There was also ongoing construction works on some levels. If we were made aware of these issues prior, we would’ve most likely stayed somewhere else.

We didn't have any meals at the hotel, the breakfast at 121 000 idr seams to be overprice so we didn't do it, the room are big enough and well decorated, with kettle, coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water ( Glass bottles not plastic) There is an underground free parking and the hotel is located at 4 min walk to Waterbom Park.

The wall are not well noise proof, the pool allows people to smoke around it and is not well ventilated so you can smell the disgusting smell of cigarettes

Great value and rooms are modern comfort. Very central to Kuta and 10mins to airport.

No fridge in rooms :(Organised taxi for 4.15am to airport but they misinterpreted for 4.50am.
