Great pool and family enjoyed the buffet breakfasts.

(1)It's within walking distance to Kuta Beach; (2)Plenty of electric sockets; (3)Although located in a busy area, it's not by the side of the main street. Rooms are free from the noise of vehicles roaming Kuta.

(1)However, the music in the lobby could also be heard through the speaker inside my room. Although it wasn't deafening, it was bothering; (2)Coffee and creamer weren't replenished two days in a row. I had to make a call to the front desk. I got them at last, and during the next days, new ones were always ready on my desk. I just thought that it would be much better if I didn't need to have asked.

We loved the facilities, good location, very clean, beautiful pool, extremely friendly and professional staff and lovely breakfasts. The staff that cleaned our room daily did an excellent job.

Reception was very friendly and offered us a welcome drink. The room was just a basic one, quite clean and so was the bathroom. Our view was overlooking the dining area which was next to lap pool. They had a nice buffet layout for breakfast and there were some beautiful plants growing on the fences. For an overnight stay we couldn't fault this hotel.

The only thing was the pillows were a bit hard.

The location is very nice. Everything is just a nearby awesome staff attitude to deal with good English communication and very tasty food. My family really enjoyed breakfast and lunch.

The room size was a little small for two couplesIt's hard to put two bags and move around.

We stayed there just for a night.The staff so friendly and accommodating. We needed to leave early the next day, the staff actually opened the breakfast at 6.30 just for us..would really recommend this place.

Not too far from my favourite hotel, where I would happily go to have my meals.

The cleaning carts and luggage passing in the hall way is like a jet engine passing by....its insane. Its like sound is amplified in the rooms by 100.The waiting times when ordering food is also crazy. We were the only table that needed serving yet on several occasions we waited around 20 mins or more for drinks after ordering...and an hour for the food.

Location is inside an alley. Does not feel safe to walk out.

Very reasonably priced hotel with all the basics covered off. I booked a room for one night but only used the room up until my late evening flight departure. This ensured I had somewhere cool to rest and could freshen up with a shower and fresh clothes before my international flight.

Sure the rooms could use a freshen up, especially the bathroom. But at this price point, there’s really no valid complaint to be made.

Regularly checking battery levels in room locks might prevent similar situations.3.Staff Response:•The staff’s comment about the hotel being a “3-star” property was unexpected. Instead of setting low expectations, it might be more helpful to emphasize what the hotel does well and how issues will be addressed to meet guest satisfaction.

the aircon was cold

they gave us the wrong room.I paid for a 35sqm room and got put in a much smaller room. and the refused to change my roomI requested an additional single bed which was not setup when we arrived.there were other guests staying at the hotel which were following the girls to their rooms multiple times at night making the girls very uncomfortably.one other guest groped my niece by grabbing her bum as she walked past.the buffet breakfast was disappointing, and the variety was low, nothing for my kids to eat such as cereal or fruit.

The clean and comfortable rooms and area left me impressed during my first stay here. The staff members are both friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, but the variety could be improved. If I were to stay in the Kuta area again, this would be my destination.

The hotel area experiences a lot of traffic during rush hour, but it's not their fault.

The location is OK. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea slowly. The staff is very friendly. The pool is nice.

A very small room. There are stains on the mattress. You need to ask for a hair dryer. There are holes on the towels. In Kuta, you can rent a much nicer apartment for less money.

The whole Kuta area (although that's not the hotel's fault). Avoid going out too late with children as there are many drunk tourists and hawkers hassling you to death. This is easily the worst part of Bali.
