They were offering a low price...perhaps because of ongoing construction?

A four-star hotel with three-star quality. Chairs had stains. Electric outlets in awkward places.

REEKED of cigarette smoke even though it was listed as non smoking, dirty sheets (had them changed, still dirty), hotel staff totally unaccommodating when these inexcusable things were brought up, would not change rooms

The staff was friendly and helpful.

You had to get a special key for the patio. The shower didn't keep the water from the rest of the bathroom. I felt like I got bit quite a few times. I've never experienced bed bugs before, but they should check the bed 222.

Booking.com messed up. After charging me for 3 nights in the app, I found out that they did not confirm my booking with the hotel. The hotel manager was really nice and helped me get another room. Though I had to pay again at the property, the manager helped me get my refund . The location is amazing 10 minutes from the airport.

They need to update on the facilities provided. It says on the app they have 2 pools but only had one. Also it says laundry is available at extra charge, but in reality there is no laundry facility available at all

The Breakfast was good, a lot of choices, mostly Indonesian cuisine. The staff was kind.

The wifi connection was very poor, couldn't connected at all.

The location of the Hotel is ok. Close to bars. It is 350 meters from an average beach an close to the tmall.

The towels were grey color and old. Bed sheets were stained. The pool is too small compared to the pictures. There is no warm water during the day.

Bathrooms were smelly blankets pillows were old and I my first room was lizard but thanks god they changed my room.

Location was good and staff pleasant and helpful

I stayed for one week and they gave me a terrible room where one side of the bed is right next to a column! Normally with long stays, hotels provide good rooms but they provided a bad choice and I asked them to move to a better room but it wasn’t that much better. Their swimming pool is one of the worst I have ever seen, it looks like a fish pond! Their gym was very poorly equipped with only 10kg dumbbells.

Actual rooms could use a bit of work, some of the details were a bit rundown. WiFi was inexcusably bad.

Super helpful staff. Well informed about suranding area and eager to share that information. We had breakfast included in the price of the room. Good choice of dishes served. Bit crowded at the restaurant but this only shows that the Bedrock hotel is a popular choice with other gusts. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect. Also, all the personnel were amazing! They were very kind and helpful. The room was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with many options, Indonesian options but also international options. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I like everything else apart from moving people around to different rooms and cleaning procedures

Cleaning management was terrible, I made little dirty in my bedsheets they charge me RP 850:000 for small tiny dirty, if this is company rule please make it clear to the people around the world that this hotel is can’t make any tiny dirty in the room while you in there.Another part was moving us to another room with nonsense reason, the lady said, they have a maintenance issues which is why they moving us to another floor and the other guy coming said you moved to different floors because this floor is no one here and the other one coming said this floor is to noises which is why we move you to different floors but after we moved, the move us to busy floor with lots of kids with family running everywhere like in market all day and all night. Definitely never ever again going back to this hotel because of the management confused and don’t know what they doing.

- breakfast was absolutely terrible. Not the choice of food, but the way it was done. Breakfast was supposed to be 6am to 10am. We came down at 9am most mornings and a lot of foods were either empty and not refilled, or stone cold. Workers had to be asked multiple times to fill things up. It is as if they cook and fill everything at 6am and don’t do anything else after that. Hot food should be kept HOT. And if breakfast is until 10am, then cleaning up from breakfast should not start until 10am. If someone comes for breakfast at 9:30am, they still should have the same options as someone who comes down at 6am!
