Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

Everything was wonderful at this place. One of my favorite thing was the pillows,it my sound like a weird thing to review but they were perfect. The staff was also amazing here.

The location was the best... Took us 10min to walk to our gate for check in...No traffic no delays... Will stay there again, very convenient!

Did not get breakfast with room . Convenient to international terminal a plus !!!!

Not a carpet fan especially in large humidity environment.

It is great for a 24 hour layover. Breakfast included, lounge access included. Room was great and clean, breakfast was very good and the direct access to the international check-in is incredible.

All good.

Convenient to airport, clean facilities and friendly staff

The pillows and bed were not comfortable and the shower flooded when used

I loved that the hotel is right at the airport. The breakfast was over the top, more like breakfast, lunch and dinner combined. Nice they had a workout room.

All was well! We particularly enjoyed: the room, the bed, the bathroom, the treats, and particularly the direct connection to the airport.

We have a couple of comments regarding our breakfast experience:There was a wide variety of items offered on the buffet, which reflected many cultures, and provided much interest. Our interaction with the staff was generally favourable. We were seated at a table with two very comfortable couches, and we did not feel rushed. Although the breakfast buffet was extensive, the food was not particularly memorable. I couldn’t help but wonder if it would be better to cut back on such a mass selection of food and focus more on quality. There was only one situation that I thought reflected poorly:- Two persons from our group had visited the egg station and asked for an omelette. In both instances, the worker pointed to a platter of premade vegetarian omelettes which were quite small, and not to their liking. They were not offered a choice for a personalized omelette, even though a nice selection of ingredients were featured on display. - There were no line-ups, and the dining room appeared quiet at that time (approx 8 am). - When a third person from our group asked for an omelette with bacon, he was able to select his own ingredients, the omelette was delivered to the table, and he found it very tasty.- We did not believe the varying experiences were a result of a language barrier or a personality conflict. All three persons spoke English and the cook who prepared the omelette, seemed to have no difficulty understanding the items requested while preparing the personalized omelette. We were confused by the varied response to the members of our party, by whom we believed was the same cook. These are just observations, and not complaints. Overall we were pleased with our breakfast and we left the dining room, satiated and satisfied.

It was a very clean and comfortable. The room was very big. Room service was good as well and it had lots of things to do and eat all within the hotel itself

I wish the rooms were a little better insulated. Where we were in the hotel, we could hear a lot of things all night. My husband slept without issues. But it was a bit annoying.

We were close to the airport. The restaurant was nice as well.

Our room was in the way back. Long walk but the place was very clean.

Very convenient location, modern, clean

Miserable attempt at Christmas decorations. Don’t bother. People laid out, sleeping in the restaurant seemingly waiting on flights.

Awesome location within the airport precinct. It’s a typical low cost airport hotel but very adequate for a stopover.

Signage from arrivals area could be more obvious.

It was in a good location for transit

Funny noise from the Aircon or water. While night was rumbling sound

I'd been at a retreat in Ubud and after it finished my flight home wasn't until the next morning, so stayed here overnight. It is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel to the international check in hall, in the same building. Couldn't have been more convenient!

Incredible location, literally 3 min walk (indoors) from the lobby of the hotel to the international check in counters. The most smoothest arrival at an airport ever. You can't hear the airplanes even they take off so close by. The restaurant is really really good and the staff is incredible friendly

It was not a comfortable bed, I didn't sleep well.. Bathroom is very basic

We arrived at 1am, bed was comfortable and enjoyed or brief stay

If you need to stay close by the airport, I highly recommend this place! The staff is outstanding! The hospitality they provide is very warm and welcoming. Upon arrival, they had a porter ready to meet me at the international arrivals. He was courteous and friendly. He helped me get my luggage and transport it to the hotel which is about 8 minutes walk to the lobby. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food items, which included an espresso machine. My domestic fright was rescheduled four hours later, and I asked for a possible late check out which they granted. A porter will help me again when I'm ready to check in for my domestic flight. Chandra was very helpful and checked me in. Duta helped me get back to the airport for my next flight. What stands out to me, is their friendly staff and great service. I definitely would stay here again. It has been a restful and pleasant stay.Thank you everyone. Thank you ?

Ideal location right by the airport terminal. Very short walk with all my luggage to check in. Rooms very comfortable and loved being able to jump in the pool and get a bit of sunshine before heading home

The Room was decent size with a great desk. The shower and bath were nice. The air conditioner was quiet. The Resturant was good. I was able to walk to the beach pretty easily. Check-out Sendy's Beach Warung for local family meal or Natys Resturant at Discovery Shopping Mall both 20-30 minute walk along the boardwalk.

Nothing?

Breakfast on the main lobby, Infiniti pool, and staff was nice.

There were stains on the walls of the bathroom, the couch smelt like dry sweat. Shower faucets were rusted.

Conveniently located at the airport. Great spot to relax after or before a long flight. Breakfast was incredible. Buffet style with many options, including local & western cuisine and catered to several dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian). They also offer massages for a fee, which is great!
