location is in a quite area , close to the beach and close for shopping the breakfast was good but could be improved the room was very good ,clean the bed was very comfortable , A/C was good

The location is great, the bed was comfortable, the staff was great and friendly. The pool was clean and beautiful. The rooms and supplies are older and outdated. But when you book a place this old and such low stars you get what you pay for. It was safe and clean, we have been staying here for years and never had any problems.

Booked for 3 night only stayed 1 we left by 9am the next morning. It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in Bali

The beds sheets where filthy like they hadn’t been changed at all.The bath mat on the floor was also really dirty and hadn’t been changed for the last person staying there.We opened the fridge to find it had mould all through it

Perfect location for a quiet hotel in Kuta area. The cost performance is very high. The staff was cool, not particularly enthusiastic, but very stylish. It's easy to get anywhere in the neighborhood.

The pool looked nice and clean but we did not used the pool. The size of the room was good.

The staff were not friendly and not very helpful especially the reception. The food was not our taste (english breakfast), very basic, not tasty, unhealthy and greasy. Right next to the hotel was a very big construction site and it was very loud the whole day, that was not the thing of the hotel but just made the stay not that nice. The wifi did not work in the room, it worked a bit on the balcony. Overall, next time I would spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel.

Good location, pool was really great and nice staff. Beds were confortable. They were kind enough to let us stay until our cab came to pick us up to the airport. Good quality/price for Kuta.

We were 3 and we had to book two rooms even though there was a double bed and a single bed in both of our rooms. Rooms/bathrooms are a little old. Wifi is not working in each rooms.
