The bed is very comfortable, staffs were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was not good,.

Location was good as food court was literally infront of the hotel but need to corss the road

Room is not new, but clean, and well maintained.Good breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows.Very convenient location, close to Legian and to a lot of food stores.The price is affordable.

A lot of appliances in my room didn't work - namely fridge, kettle (twice), bidet thingy in restroom. Were promptly fixed by the stuff but still.There were some ants in the room.

The staff was very helpful and kind the hotel is near to restaurants just a few minutes and you are in the walking beach

A/C is great and cold. Room is spacious, clean. Good wifi connection, nice pool area. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is a bit tired and needs renovation.

Large and spacious rooms, looks clean and new. Even has a gym and pool. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with a station where you can have eggs made your way and lots of fresh fruits and local dishes

Very caring staff The don’t provide iron but they have a laundry room where you can go and iron Breakfast Buffet was good/ freshly baked and cooked Air conditioner ?

My parents and I are really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was really comfortable, rooms were nice and daily cleaned. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Central location, nearest to the airport, a local food court just opposite the hotel and local convenience stores just walkin distance from the hotel on the right side.

Staff were very friendly and were very helpful when needed. Very quiet area of your there for relaxation. Rooms were nice and daily cleaned.

There was a lot of mould, especially on floor 5's ceiling. I mentioned it was my partners birthday and they said they would do something nice to celebrate this but they didn't. ( not like they had to but because they said they would, I got my hopes up ). Pool had a lot of loose tiles and could of cut your feet ok them and lastly the small pools or paddling pools weren't clean.

ALIF the receptionist was incredible, made our stay a lot better.

Ants in the room, in the bed, the photos are not like reality, the condition of the hotel is poorly so photos resemble how it was when they first opened, not how it is now. Oh and if you have breakfast included they will call you every single morning at 9:30am to remind you it closes in 1h, so if you want to sleep in, it’s not the place. I’d advise you tell them straight away to not call the room.

It’s was closed to the airport

It’s was old and a cleanness was questionable - the gym is very small

We love the breakfast, it was so good. The price is quite cheap and nearest to the airport.
