Natya Hotel Kuta

The room was nice. I would have liked a room with access to the pool.

I did not like the shower in the bath. The adjacent room was used by staff and very noisy.No fridge

Strategic place

Fairly cleaned, malfunctioning bathroom door, the water in bathroom is salty and not really clean water.

Breakfast was tasty as were all the meals we had during our stay in Bali. Highly recommend eating at the restaurant

Noise, first floor the have construction and you hear the noise work from morning you can't sleeep at all even I move to fourth floor, housekeeping not clean the room for 3 days, and dirty towels at room aircondition not work properly, also there was schools groups and the are noise, not recommended at all

The quality of the breakfast is very poor, the location of the hotel is on a busy main street with a lot of noise, the value for money is very poor.the room is very very small

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, a short stroll to Kuta Market. Close to the airport.

Never seem to stay long enough! Pool could stay open a little later say 8 or 9pm ..And a wider selection of Beers would be nice..

Cleanliness roon need to improve, shower room drain cloged, toilet still dirty, hair on the floor, noise.

Let us check in really late. Nice pool, good breakfast, clean rooms.

Someone had a birthday party downstairs at 7am. We didn't get to bed until 4. I should have closed my window....

Handy location to the mall. For shop stalls and the beach, it's a bit of a walk or a cheap Grab ride. The shower had great pressure and instant hot water. The small shop at the entrance was handy.

The room had mold in it on the walls. The shower curtain was moldy. We did not see most of the mold until too late and did not request a change due to the time and being exhausted (plus not the complaining type).The room we had connected to another room, which is handy for those who need it, we did not, but could hear everything in the neighbors room. We had breakfast included with our room and ate toast with margarine and jam, along with a couple of pieces of fruit as this is the only "English food". No fridge in the room.We would not stay here again.

The breakfast was nice. The staff is kind and helpful. The location.

The first day the bathroom smelled like pee. We tried to pour tons of perfume and cleaned the walls too. The hotel is not taken care of at all. I visited it last year. It was better then.

Hotel is at good location. Near from airport and kuta market.

They did not give us extra water bottles. Hot pot in room has heater in it which is corroded so we can not even make a hot water.
