The Kana Kuta Hotel

The location was great and the staff was outstanding.

This can no longer be considered a 4 star hotel. Please be sure that proper research is conducted before assigning star rating for hotels. People come from very far to enjoy vacations and when hotel ratings are inaccurate it is very frustrating.

Friendly staff and great location - right next to a convenience store, restaurants down the road and a great massage place nearby (Reborn Massage).

Gym could be a bit better equipped but was fine for overnight stay and quick workout.

The hotel is far away from things but hired a moterbike also there were not many people there this time last time I stayed it was full

We have stayed here a few times as we always enjoy the pool, buffet breakfast, clean rooms and friendly staff, all for a great price. While it is a bit far from all the action it is only a short ride away.

The breakfast was the highlight

We arrived at midnight and there was outside noise and lights from signs flicking. It took a long timeto cool the room as it was soo hot when we arrived

The staff are friendly and lovely. Although it's far away from Kuta beach if you want to go shopping this hotel is in a great location. Plenty of shops like billabong factory, premium fashion pfo, original surf outlet, Krishna ohleh Bali bypass. Boutique mal gallerias

The hotel is old, it's mouldy and in need of an update. The rooms smell of mould and have that wet smell. The pool is small, breakfast has terrible range and there is construction occuring on 1 side. I honestly would not stay here again because there are other hotels in the same area that little more new and you get the same value of money

Hotel has security at the front so it feels safe. The pool is clean and relaxing. There is a safe in the room. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillow are comfortable. There doesn't seem to be too much nearby but you can easily take a Grab or Gojek. The rooms with balcony have a clothes drying rack. The cost is great for what you get.

Although the restaurant has vegetarian options, it should also have clearly marked gluten free and vegan options as well.

I had an amazing experience at The Kana Kuta Hotel! I arrived before the official check-in time and decided to leave my luggage at the front desk while I explored the area. To my surprise, when I returned to check in, the hotel staff had already taken the time to place my luggage in my room. I was so impressed by their attentiveness and thoughtfulness. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was seamless from the start. It’s this kind of exceptional service that truly sets The Kana Kuta apart, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Bali!

It is easy to contact the hotel through booking. Our schedule delay and we check in one day later however all the communications with hotel are smoothly through booking

The room is not large

Nice location, super friendly staff, clean facilities, really comfortable bed, nice buffet breakfast. The complimentary water, coffee and tea everyday were a great touch!

Not far from the airport. Lovely hotel. the bed was so comfy, air conditioned. The pool is secluded and not visible from the road

The hotel has nice breakfast buffet, definitely worth to include during your stay.

The fixtures in the hotel room are old and worn out, badly need a serious renovation. The comforters inside covers are dark and very worn out, the beds also sinked when you sleep on them.

Staff were amazing they were helpful in any kind of way

The food service was a bit slow. I waited over an hour for the Kana Club Sandwhich in the restaurant. Don't get me wrong, it was amazing, just the long wait specially if there is only 4 table in the restaurant that was there for dinner.

Very good service and attention from all the staff. The room was comfortable even though the pillows were very high. The room and all areas were very clean.

The water outlet from the sink is very short and when using it, the jet wets the entire area. The hotel is very nice and clean, but everything around it is dirty and full of debris.

Loved the quiet atmosphere, the friendly staff, the affordable room rates and the cleanliness.

Location, staff, extremely comfortable to stay with family at a relatively reasonable spend... Would highly recommend for all Indian folks

Was asked to wait while checkout so that they can check the rooms.. This may sometime result in lack of faith in customer.They can add few Indian dishes in the menu

RATS IN THE CEILING

RATS IN THE CEILING. Yes rats. DO NOT SLEEP THERE. We started hearing weird noises in the night, 1am, we start to pay more and more attention. There were squeaks and then something started running through the ceiling, it was crazy. We called reception they said “yes we have rats in the ceiling” WAIT WHAT??? How are you making me pay 60$ a night with rats right over my bed. They refused to give us our money back, moved us to another room that had A WASP flying around . It was a nightmare.
