Everything is great. Location is very central. Close to the airport. Lots of restaurants , cafes and shops around. Very nice breakfast. All The stuff are very polite and helpful, always greeting with a smile .The room are very spacious compared to others for the same level of rooms Breach front and with a pool right behind the beach Great value

Just when I was there, there was constructions going on by the beach. But it will be all nice after that.

We stayed in one of the 'Residence' rooms and it was amazing and very spacious.The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with a extensive range of foods which changed each day.The pool was great, and the staff in the Spa were very friendly, the massages were very relaxing.The location, just south of Kuta Beach, meant we avoided all the major crowds and noise of Kuta, but being walking distance to enough of it to enjoy the area.

The food at the restaurant was good, but not great, as I would have expected at a 5 star hotel. The prices, while higher than a standalone restaurant were still fair, so this is only a very minor dislike and didn't stop us eating onsite numerous times, including room service.

Enjoyed this resort in Kuta. Pool was nice, wish we would’ve spent bit more time there

It truly felt like its own little village, surrounded by lush greenery, with a pool, restaurant, and the ocean just steps away. The staff were friendly and welcoming too, and they even helped get me into my room early since I had an early flight in. A great place to stay for a day or two during a layover.

That's not staff fault but some people were banging doors middle of the night and carrying on, yelling, and my door was touched, that was a bit annoying. Other than that nothing bad to say.

The staff was outstanding.

Room 1111, the toilet leaks. The room had dusty spots.

The swimming pool, the night life just outside the resort and the sea view.

The beach should be maintained better. More vegetarian options in the food served would be appreciated.

Nice resort. Good location. Nice rooms. Great staff. Everything I needed was available.

Too much trash on the beach. AC had a hard time cooling the temp down to 21°c, but it kept it around 22.5 which was good. I would recommend adding some thin bed sheets to the bed as the comforter made it a bit too warm when sleeping.

Beach dirty but not hotels fault. Restaurant at pool was not great

Construction/renovations by the pool proved to be too noisy to proper relax. large water/sanitary pipe runs across the beach hindering the views (not in the photos provided on the website)

The facility is beachfront with delicious restaurant

The pillows were to hard and uncomfortable , softer pillows would of helped with not waking up with neck pain

Good breakfast, on the beach, big pool. Rooms are spacious enough. Lippo mall next door and Kartika plaza mall a 10-15 minute walk about.Lot's of street stalls and smaller restaurant's in the area too.

Rooms are a little dated, but still clean. Beds were too hard for me, as were the pillows, very big and hard to get comfortable. Aircon in my room put a lot of moisture in the air, ending up moving to another room.

My 1st room developed condensation from the air conditioning, however I was moved to another room promptly.I would prefer sheets and 1 or 2 blankets instead of a duvet.

We were a family of four and respectfully we were given rooms next to each other which I know isn’t always possible , but they were most helpful and of course we all loved the gardens and pool ,, just so relaxing walking around the grounds and enjoying the beautiful scenery

The resort is ok. Huge pool, lots of sunbeds, massive restaurant. Service around the pool was good and the staff were all smiling and polite. The room we had was great, huge, nice comfy bed a a big balcony. Ours had a lounge as well as a bedroom. Breakfasts were ok, not fantastic but certainly not bad in any way. Very easy access to the airport. Step out of the property and straight onto Kuta's main drag. There are some fantastic Indian restaurants very close by, food was excellent. Waterbom Park was just down the road a little, easy walking distance.

Even though we had a lovely big room we were a bit unfortunate that they are currently building a new Ball Room just outside. No ones fault but it did mess up the view. The property is huge, quite the walk from reception to the room itself. No big deal.The biggest disappointment was the beach in front of the hotel which really wasn't very nice at all.

Friendly staff, beautiful grounds. I didn’t have children on this trip but saw some and it was a great place for a family. But Large enough to not feel like you are around kids .

There was a plug in bug spray thing in my room that I had to unplug because it went off at night and the chemical irritated my breathing.

The Resort is well located if you want to be in Kuta. The staff are amazingly helpful.

The resort looks tired. We only had breakfast as it was included, and to be honest it wasn't great. We had a few cocktails and those were not great either. everything about the resort looks tired including the chairs are the pool/beach, the pool itself looks tired and water was murky. The aircon in the room was not cold enough, there was sewage smells every night coming from the bathroom and a faint smell of car exhaust from the aircon vent at night We chose this hotel based on rating and in my opinion it was overrated. this is at the max a 3 stars by Asia's standard. We've live in South East Asia and have been travelling around for years and we have been in Bali a few times but stayed at other resorts as we always had kids in tow. This was our first trip sans kids and although the price was right, I would of been really upset if I had paid high season price.

The room was soooooo hot we couldn’t sleep or even just sit in it ! Good thing that it is a brach front so it has good places to swim.

Rooms were hot , the stay was overpriced,, Breakfast was for 20$ per person .. although the resort was so big that you need to walk a-lot to get to your stay..
