Ossotel Legian Hotel

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Can walk to everything including a chemist if medication is required (right outside hotel).Loved pool access from room, very vibey and busy.

Liked everything, will be back!

Great deal and location for our short stay. Never stayed here before but will again for sure.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

This was our 4th stay at Ossotel in 6 years, and its excellence keeps us coming back. The pool and sunbeds get plenty of sun, with shade available as needed. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at Romeo's offers great variety and is delicious to boot! Location makes it very easy to walk to beach bars on either end of the beach; the hotel is also very near to restaurants and has convenience stores and two pharmacies just a minute's walk away. My flight departing Bali was very delayed at short notice, and the fantastic front desk staff offered alternatives e.g. leaving my bags with them and using the showers near the pool instead of paying to extend my stay past check-out time. They also checked in with us the day before to see if we needed help arranging for transport to the airport, and advised us on how early to leave the hotel. We were going to use a ride-hailing service (Gojek) and not once were the staff pushy about us using the hotel shuttle instead.

Water pressure of the showers could be better, especially through the rain shower. The shower head was fine, but wouldn't stay in place. The shower door didn't fully shut, and I was worried about flooding the bathroom floor.

The hotel felt a bit more intimate than most we've stayed in and the location had everything you needed within a couple of minutes from the hotel. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and all meals were very good.

Whilst the restaurant seemed like part of the venue, it also seemed like a separate business. For instance, when it was happy hour, we couldn't have 2 for one cocktails in the pool area. The only way we could have this is to sit in the restaurant, and that kind of took away the feel of relaxing around the pool with a drink. But that is the only thing we thought a bit strange. It didn't affect our stay and we would certainly stay again.

We can’t rate this lovely clean and comfortable hotel highly enough, from the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and looked after, the staff are all absolutely lovely, the rooms were clean and cool, the pool was divine and Romeo’s the restaurant attached to the hotel, was again so warm and friendly and the food was delicious, I recommend the vegetable fritters on the brunch menu, best thing I’ve eaten in ages!! Special mention to Eka, who helped us so much when trying to arrange onward transportation when we were stuck, and they even allowed us to come back on our last day, (because we missed it so much!) and store our luggage, have lunch and a quick dip in the pool, thankyou all so much we were very sorry to leave! The best thing in the hotel is the staff. Very friendly. From the guys who clean the rooms to the reception and the restaurant.

This was our second visit and has maintained the same very good standard. Loved the free shuttle to the mall in Kuta. Breakfast was very good and the beetroot hummus and poached eggs was a standout.
