Staff were super friendly . Great location and good value. The swimming pool was clean , and so was the room

The walls are a little too thin you can hear the noise from the hall . The Breakfast pastries weren’t great, but nothing too bad

1. Location is good. Rooms are ok. However, prices for suite room are too high as compared to the facilities and size of the room.

Price and facility as per the suite room, Despite late check in and prior information, room was not ready for more than an hour. Had to wait and then after so much wait, they change the room which was not really up to the level of suite room.

Location: walking distance to the famous bars street for foreigners. Front desk: very friendly and professional. Room: clean with cold AC. Breakfast buffet: I will give breakfast 10/10. Surprised. Swimming pool: good.

AC was broken in the night. But maintenance arrived within 5-10 minutes. Once they found out it was unfixable, front desk immediately gave me a larger room for free. I am happy with how they handling the issue.

Waited for the cardholder to arrive to give room to rest group, gave only a small room for 4 people till I arrived late night at 12:00am.after that second room AC was not working and took till 4:00am to get another room.

We stayed at Harper Kuta Hotel by ASTON for the third time, and once again, everything was great!The staff are just amazing — super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, even with things that go beyond their responsibilities. You really feel that they care about making your stay as comfortable as possible.Our room was cleaned daily, which was a lovely touch. It had everything we needed: air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, bathroom essentials, and a big comfy bed.The location is perfect — just a short walk to Kuta Beach and a shopping mall, so there's always something to do. Since the hotel is right on Legian Street, it's easy to get around by taxi or motorbike.A really nice surprise was a complimentary one-hour spa session from the hotel. It was such a relaxing experience — definitely recommend checking it out!Overall, Harper Kuta is a fantastic place not only for short stays but also for longer ones. They know how to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home.Would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Very clean hotel, lovely staff and the shower pressure was very good and it was hot ?

No shampoo or conditioner provided, ordering room service took forever, he kept asking me to wait wait wait. Then got someone else to do the order. There are renovations at the hotel next door so lots of drilling and banging going on.

The hotel was very clean staff on hand to help whenever needed. Staff were very polite. When asked for an upgrade, they even showed me the room before I committed. Will be staying again on my next visit to Bali !

The only thing I would like the hotel to take was feedback. When I asked to have my room cleaned, I did request the whole bedding to be changed but the sheet was only changed.

They have to upgrade the food taste in the hotel restaurant and the hotel should supply the drinking water in the room

The Harper has excellent restaurant facilities, and they cater for the needs of their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts in a well-lit and comfortable setting.

The decor in the corridors when walking to your room. The walls were painted in a dirty yellow colour, there were no paintings or murals to illustrate the beauty and charm of many places in Bali. The blue corner couch was dirty and smelt of baby sick.

A wonderful and quiet hotel, responsive and kind, far from the noise, clean and tidy, clean and spacious rooms, I recommend it to anyone who wants comfort, tranquility, and safety.

Good central spot. Staff were very nice and facilities were clean and tidy.

Double bed was just to single beds joined together. Was very noisy as night clubs were open until late morning near the accommodation

Had fantastic suite on 6th floor with extensive views across rooftops to ocean glimpses

Wasn’t told restaurant would be closed indefinitely until the day it closed. I always book hotels with restaurants and unhappy I was not told when booking.

The room had a smell. The bed covers had holes in them. The towels had stains on them. The window blinds would not open. Worst breakfast ever at a 4 Star property. Even congee was like a mush. None of the baked goods even bread was fresh.

-very loud & noisy from bars around the hotel and when people outside your room talking.-even though the interior seemed upgraded but you could tell it was an old property from the dull bathroom.-no bottled water inside the room, instead you need to fill the jug provided from the dispenser near your room.
