Not on a main street so it was quiet. Staff was very accommodating.

booked two rooms with pool view for 7 nightsdid NOT got the same rooms as booked initially even after getting confirmation.I had to tell reception to make sure bed linens are changed at least every day as they did not changed for first 4 days.Overall Ok stay need more vegetarians breakfast options.Good thing staff was very friendly and listen to request made

The property had a good proximity location and made the Bali trip sound and hassle-free.

The location was a bit old and unkept. But overall was okay.

We enjoyed our stay,great location,basic but good breakfast,staff lovely and helpful,great value for money.

Friendly staff, good quiet location. Room was spacious, few marks on the curtains and walls that needed a bit of a clean. Bed was ok but a bit firm for my liking. Room serviced daily. Good value for money.

Staff didn’t really care , was hoping for staff to talk about hotel, wifi room , help with baggage . Smell in room , no balcony

The location... walking distance to central to anywhere

Staff wasnt honest, when they only gave 2 towels to triple room and claim they put 3. Felt like being scam

They accused my wife of stealing an old stained towell and was forced to pay 150k compensation total scam old tired rooms crappy cheap food

Staff at the reception when we checked in has a very bad body odor. Not value the money we paid, we booked the room because my daughter saw the play area. But all broken and very dirty. The only good thing there is the polite security guard ?‍♀️Couches in the waiting area are also very dirty ?

Will never stay there again left well before my stay lost out on money but was better than getting attacked by bugs all

Bugs everywhere all in room staff non helpful and rude. Checked out 3 days earlier found something else

the staff are brilliant friendly and speak good english. we’ve stayed here 4 times affordable and clean. the aircon in the rooms is the best!

The location was the only thing we liked about the location.

The room we stayed in was for 2 weeks, the sheets on the bed were never changed at all the bed was just made and floors were always dirty. Water pressure was disgusting and beds were hard

The location is great, close enough to the hustle & bustle but far enough for the quiet nestled off the main road :)

Theres a noise at night which sounds like a dryer or maybe the aircon, not quite sure but hey, its a place to sleep. Rooms not so sound proof.It is what it is :) we still enjoyed our stay

I just booked a single night stay so we could be close to the airport, have a sleep and a shower. I liked the location just off the hutly and bustle of the main road, but only a very short walk to have a meal, massage, drink etc. The breakfast was also good as I like indonesian food, but if you want a western option, it's a bit limited. The staff were all friendly and attentive.

The karaoke bar close by is a bit noisy, but there isn't much they can do about that. It doesn't matter wheere you stay in bali you will find it's noisy at night, especially around legian and kuts etc.

Don't have toothpaste, toothbrush and shampoo. First hotel in my journey, where I need to buy it separately.

Big room, comfortable, good value

Wrong room, water pressure & shower head absolutely terrible. Had to shower in daughters room. Paid for studio & eventually settled for family room. solo traveller with 3 beds. Pool freezing, breakfast local food. For the price = Good

My second stay here. Everything is very good!

They have to fix the windows that cannot close propely, when I tried to close the window of my room it had a gap 1-2 centimeters all the way along the window. This made noise from the bars on the street enter my room at night..
