Bathrooms in rooms bit tired. Toilets in middle pool quite whiffy

The location of the hotel is very strategy. The beach is just beside the hotel and a lot of shops surround the hotel with walking distance.The room is quite spacious and the price of the hotel is reasonable.

the variaty of main course for the the breakfast should added more.they mop the floor with wet at night during the house keeping (i dont know why they make it so late) and caused my daugther fell down and injured on head

Location perfect! 3 pools to choose from, its by the beach, markets, shops, with views of the beach and sea, walkable distance to everything.

Bed was very hard.Everytime we put "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, we we're disturbed by staff ringing and knocking on our door to see if we wanted our room cleaned. "Do Not Disturb" means we don't want our room cleaned and do not want to be disturbed.

1st night stayed at old building and 2nd new building with seaview. Good breakfast and nice staffs. Location is the best

The breakfast was good. The changing menu meant some days were better than others, which was only downfall.The room was fantastic, spacious, clean. The location is classic Kuta. Walking distance to everything you want.

The breakfast is buffet, so you are spoilt for choice. The changing menu did seem odd though, especially given that the Indonesian noodle and rice options were only available on one of the five days of our stay.

Perfect location, right on the beach and very close to malls and stores. Kind of a central locations for trips to Ubud and other places. Food was great, very clean and staff is exceptional...they were there for anything we needed.

The room doors don’t shut easily, they stay ajar and don’t lock unless you force them.

Friendly staff showed us to our rooms during late night check in.

Wish that our rooms were closer together.

The staff were amazing and so friendly. The room and hotel grounds were immaculately clean and well maintained. There were lots of great activities like the foam party in the pool and the barong and keris dance with BBQ dinner was amazing.

The location of the property was perfect

Breakfast needed more of a variety. I asked them at the egg station to make a fresh omelette and then I was asked to take it from the ready made ones on the side. The towels of the property need an upgrade. The pool towels I got didn’t have a fresh smell as well as the towels in the room.

Love the location of our room was really good. Breakfast was always a stand out. Love you can just walk straight onto the beach so we could do morning walks with little interference.

The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast buffet is good (but it would be nice if they served until 11 am). Three pools to choose from. Good location close to the airport.

Our bed was really uncomfortable this time. We have stayed here a lot and have always had a comfy bed but this time my back is really sore

Location was amazing backing right onto beach/ocean and able to walk the board walk and to the markets and mall . breakfast Buffet was plentiful, staff were very nice, the outdoor restaurant in front was bonus, room overlooking the beautiful pool

The rooster that started up about 5am and the foam pool party outside my room from 2pm - 7pm only as I wanted a more relaxing trip but I’m sure everyone had fun!

We had visited this hotel when it was Grand Inna several times., no significant change but name change - the lobby was now in what must have been the old building,  much nicer there.Was given an upgrade in room, thank you. Large breakfast variety. Implemented  policy at pool that towels and personal items will be removed after half hour of non-occupancy. Finally, the annoying people who "reserve' a sunbed before breakfast until sunset need to free the sunbed as they go shopping, have lunch and a siesta- and the pool is accessible to everyone. Very polite staff. Only filter coffee for breakfast.  For four- star hotel, espresso or cappuccino should  be included. At least add instant coffee sachets. No grated cheese for omelet. Air conditioning turned too low (21 degreesCelsius). Takes very long to get temperature to go up.
