Everything was good from the cocktails down to my bed there way nothing bad about the place

The beds so good even the pillows and the rooms were so big the spa place was the best there as well

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it.Rooms & Maintenance:We stayed in both a Family Suite and a Junior Suite, and both had serious issues.The Family Suite had a strong sewage smell that made the room uncomfortable. Despite complaining to housekeeping, nothing was done.The sliding door in the kids’ bedroom was broken. Fortunately, we didn’t have children with us, but this would have been unsafe otherwise.The Junior Suite’s air conditioning was completely non-functional. Instead of offering an immediate room change, the hotel sent an engineer late at night (around 12:30 AM) to “fix” it and asked us to wait 30 minutes. The fix didn’t work. We finally received a replacement room around 1:30 AM, but even that room’s AC took most of the night to cool. This resulted in a very uncomfortable night, especially for my elderly parents.Breakfast:Breakfast was below average—uninspiring, limited, and not memorable in any way.Staff & Service:The staff was challenging to deal with and unnecessarily rigid. Even simple requests—like borrowing umbrellas—turned into long questioning, and we were asked to go back to our room to retrieve them ourselves. Basic hospitality was missing.Overall:While the property may look attractive from the outside, it is clearly run down and poorly managed. The lack of responsiveness, maintenance issues, and overall service quality made this a very unpleasant stay. We regret choosing this hotel and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere, especially if traveling with family or elderly guests.

The staff were amazing! Location was perfect, the property was well-maintained would ? stay again at the Bandha.

A beautiful hotel on the beach. So çlean and organised with great friendly staff and close to all shopping and restaurants. We will book again.

We stayed here with our 2 sons aged 23 and 17.We had a deluxe suite with spa bath interconnecting with a deluxe twin room. The set up of this was great for us, heaps of room and of course two bathrooms. The deluxe suite is very large and the bathroom is wonderfully set out. There is a balcony off the bathroom and one off the lounge area. The rooms were very relaxing. The deluxe twin room also has a balcony. Heaps of storage in the room you could definitely stay here for a length of time and be very comfortable. The beds were super comfy too. We were on the 4th floor. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping serviced the rooms daily and replenished bathroom supplies. We had breakfast included in our stay which was a daily buffet. Great selection with egg station. There are 2 swimming pools both with swim up bars which was very nice. Excellent cocktails 2 for 1 all day. Our boys used the gym and they said it was good. The hotel is just across the road from the beach which was nice for a few drinks watching the sunset. Great location in Legian close to many restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, massage/spa. On the last day we had a few hours from the time of check out to being collected to head to the airport. We put our bags into the hotels luggage holding area, then we lounged around the pool. We ate around the pool and the food was very nice. Staff was very helpful, friendly and obliging. We would happily return here for another stay.

Direct access to the beach. Good restaurant at hotel. And also many good food around the hotel.

AC is a little too cold.

Bandha went above our expectations with a family room with two bathrooms. It is a 5 star resort and the breakfast was amazing (even had avocado and the most delicious omelettes). Marta was very friendly at breakfast and always remembered us by name. We loved the location being across the road from the beach and often wandered across there in the late afternoon to immerse ourselves in the beachfront bars for massages and chats with the Balinese locals. The property is in the heart of Legian also and the rear of the property allowed access to shopping streets with massages, pharmacies, money changing in the 7/11 safely and boutique shops. All staff here were exceptional. We loved the two pool options and found the front pool our favourite and a little more peaceful. Day beds were always available and guests very respectful. The pool bars were a treat and we plan to return in the next few weeks for more incredible food, relaxing and the most incredible luxurious rooms.

Access to breakfast is down 4-5 steps and no hand rail, and no handrail in the front pool. Also the noise of music at dinner was far too loud to take our family there at night but staff tried to turn it down if asked but some performances were not suitable for families due to noise.

The Bandha hotel was an excellent choice for our 4 generations holiday here. We travelled with our baby and 6 year old. The teepee was full of toys and games for our oldest child and the cot was very safe and secure for our baby. The beds were very comfortable and rooms luxurious. We had a family suite and the additional bathroom was very handy. The team provided exceptional care for us all, looking after our eldest 87year old grandmother even! Marta and his team at breakfast were a highlight which was right on the beachfront.The location was excellent and allowed access to rear shopping needs also with a 7/11 and pharmacies in the street behind (20m away). Overall we researched for months where to stay in Bali and loved our choice! We plan to return next month and stay again!

We got a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise! Great service and polite staff. The pools are nice, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We also went to the Japanese restaurant owned by the hotel — it was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely come back here again, but next time with my mom. She’s going to love it here!

I recently stayed at Hotel Bandha and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of options that catered to different tastes. It was a great way to start the day. One of the highlights of my stay was the kids' pool, which was a fantastic addition for families. It provided a safe and fun environment for children to enjoy. The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. T

The rooms were spacious and clean. Fabulous and strong aircon to keep you cool. The hotel gym was great, lovely view overlooking the pool. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They continued to go above and beyond and no request was too much. Would highly recommend the Bandha Hotel and Suites for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I have to praise helpfulness of the stuff and the room we stayed. We first booked junior suite but was requesting not to have the ground floor but when we got the room it was on ground floor. I raised my concern’s that i had requested balcony etc. our room was upgraded to executive suite instead and it full filled all our expectations. I have travelled to Bali multiple times and stayed in many 5star hotels and villas. This must be my absolute favorite now. Its location is perfect as theres no car traffic allowed in the beach road.. its in walking distance to everywhere and has really good restaurant in hotel and also nearby. I hardly ever give someone 10points but this hotel deserves this. I will 100% return and book this same room again as it was perfect! And again it must be one of the beat customer service ever received.

Great location with a fabulous beach bar called Herys directly across the road .. walk to great restaurants
