Clean, cool and very comfortable small budget room, adequate breakfast with jamu and good coffee. Short walk to shopping area, Legian Food Court and a beautiful temple .

Steps at front but nothing the hotel can do about that! Difficult for my elderly legs.

COCKROACH AND SMELLY ROOM

Asked for non smoking room, they put us to 3rd floor which smells like cigarettes!! And the room was infested with cockroaches. We moved 3 times!!!

Calm, location

I just arrived from the airport to the hotel. I entered the room to charge my phone, but the socket was different, so I couldn’t charge it. I went to reception for help, but they ignored me and told me to go to the markets. I went searching for an “adapter” but couldn’t find one. Then, a woman at a small shop lent me hers and said, ‘Don’t forget to return it.’ Small things like this, and the hotel couldn’t provide them? Is that even reasonable?

Location

This is the first I have stayed in the hotel. Which I found cockroaches all over the my bed and the halfway. I just checked in midnight and found this. I was about to extend the next day but I have to rethink again to stay. Even tho the staff was helpful to changed the room after I show the video for all of cockroaches and he did a call to check again. However, I still found the cockroaches. on the floor and TV. As I was very tired I told him to not move anymore as I will move the hotel tomorrow. Location is good only the cleanliness is the most important for me. Hope in the future the hotel could do a pest control treatment regularly.

Great Location on the main road. Onsite restaurant, room service Friendly Staff 24/7, airconditioning Buffet Breakfast was good, but should be noted, no "western food" in case guests are expecting that.

The curtains in the room were ripped and old. Something easy to be fixed.Requested early check in, but was not accommodated. The window didn't open which is fine, but the view was a brick wall.

I highly recommend this apartment! Mr shoaib, the manager, was very friendly, helpful, and always available to assist. The apartment is cozy, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary equipment provided including netflix and a washing machine.Its location is perfect, right in KLCC city center and very close to the Petronas Towers. The residence has two swimming pools, one on the rooftop and another on the 6th floor. Both pools were clean and not crowded during my stay. The rooftop pool, offers an incredible view of the Petronas Towers.Additionally, the lift service was quick unlike other aparthotels in Kuala Lumpur where waiting times can be long.- Everything was amazing except for the air conditionner that was a bit noisy but it's not that important. If i come back to KL

The location is close enough to Jalan Legian - the happening street.

The room smelt moldy and there were plenty of mold on the walls, including the pillows. The blanket was stained and there were bugs (ants and roaches) in the room. Jacuzzi was underwhelming and keeping it at 37degC is basically letting it be an incubator for breeding microorganisms.

Room was very good. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good pressure.

Staff were amazing! I wasn’t too well, so bought a room for the day, the gentleman at the desk was so friendly and helpful! Such lovely staff!!

The only thing I would say is it could have been a little cleaner. We found two little bugs in our room. They looked like cockroaches but everything else was good

Twin room. Asked for a double. Please allocate on booking.com. People should know before they arrive whether you have double or twin beds available. At the moment, when someone books, they don't know until they get there. Please allocate precisely to booking.com.

Handy location, walkable to main shopping area.

Breakfast was tasty, but cold. Pool was out of service. No parking for cabs or transport, have to unload from busy street.

The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. Two members of my group accidentally left their passports in the hotel and didn’t realise until they got to the airport. The manager himself drove them straight out to us and wanted nothing for it. Very close to Legian food court and seemed liked a good location (we had only booked it for the day to shower etc before our flight out).

I love Neo so much I've been staying nearly 7 weeks only taking weekends away to Lembongan. Love this hotel and highly recommend, value for money 100%

The most comfortable bed in Indonesia.

The fridge is older than our son, okay for warming a babies bottle. Seriously, they are so old and inefficent that replacements would save their purchase cost for electricity In 12 months. Staff are excellent, as always. Not our 1st stay, definitely wont be our last.
