The location was pretty central to everything in Legian. And well priced.

They would leave the cleaning cart outside our rooms all the time as there was only a set of stairs to our section of rooms. Hence they would have to carry the cart up and down the stairs each day. The cart was smelly and unsightly. Very unprofessional.

We have used Paradiso many times. And we love the location. The pool is nice when theres not too many people there. Staff are always friendly and helpful. You can change money at the hotel and not worry about getting ripped off. The Japanese restaurant in the lobby is nice. We stayed 2 nights this time as it was our honeymoon and we just wanted to wind down before heading to Sanur. The staff did up our room for the honeymoon which was lovely.

Paradiso has had its day. It needs a lot of work. The wood was rotting in our wardrobe. You have to step into the bath to have a shower. The smell is sometimes bad in the bathroom (sewerage). They don't have enough towels for the pool so you have to use the bath towels. Pool needs some renos done as the tiles are broken.

I was surprised at how big the room was and happy to see there was a bath The staff were super friendly and the short drive to the airport makes it a good last day hotel choice especially if you have been touring around the island and need a good nights sleep, bath and maybe do some last day shopping !

Pool not open 24hrs. A lot of children in the daytime so not possible to swim OK go early AM

Location was great. Nice and big pool, happy hour between 3-6pm. Wifi worked fine in general, disconnected sometimes. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Open buffet breakfast was good also. Nice stay for 3 days. Thank you to the team ✌️

It wasn’t very clean, especially the pillows smelled badly. They changed immediately when I asked, new ones better but still not very good.

legian parodiso is an authentic old style hotel with plenty of life left init comfortable rooms a little dated put excellent value for money pool area is excellent. pool bar .plenty of chairs plenty hot water .breakfast adequite small buffet style local dishes and more .egg station fruits and pastryies set back off street quiet area

Everything was good except the smelly pillows. The room was spacious and had everything you could need.The grounds and pool area are lovely and the location is great - right in the heart of everything.

The pillows - all of them - stank of sweat. It was horrible. I asked for fresh pillows but they smelled exactly the same. So horrible to sleep on.

Rooms were dated. Shower over bath; nozzle was difficult to keep on shower head not bath tap.Could hear neighbors in room and on balcony.Pool lounges left dirty and not cleaned up for others use. Wifi kept dropping out Was bombarded about massages every time we walked past the spa entry to enter get to room.

Legian Paradiso Hotel stay Were can I start terrible experience If you guys have time and patience to spare on these people, only than book your stay here. As these people will surely get on your nerve, no sincerity of travellers comfort.Disrespectful staff, their people are not well trained will surely misguid you and take no responsibility for lack of service. A lot bed bugs the night shift front desk staff awesome Rude we stayed 5nights never changed sheets bugs bite our body and front desk staff night omg very rude we call him the ac not works he said Untill morning no one come to fix They gave rooms extremely late plus alloted both of our rooms in different building despite of my request.Staff have no consideration of your schedule.I highly suggest you to opt for other options.

Everything was great — highly recommended! The room was nice, and for the price we paid, we didn’t expect all the extra touches they offered. Lovely swimming pool and just a 15-minute walk to Kuta Beach.

Location and some of the staff

Management were rude, unprofessional and overall unapproachable. The cleanliness was disappointing and quiet disgusting. Very old and rundown, I would not recommend this property at all.

Restaurant out front was convenient, and nice food.

Pool was murky and poorly maintained. No power points next to the bed and rooms very outdated.

Close to the beach, a lot of pubs around, house keeping staff good , aircon working, near the airport

Bar staff don’t pay attention and very selective, The bathroom needs attention
