The Staff were very helpful, also the breakfast provided was amazing.

The Towls are a bit old need replacing , the pool Chairs also need replacing

Staff, Pool and Location were awesome.

We were let down by poor air conditioning In our room But the staff did all the good and moved us to a new room the following day. Beds in the balcony room were too small but balcony was huge which explains why and the food at the restaurant for breakfast was below par.

Room was clean

There is a poor soundproofing system.Ear plugs provided

The breakfast was delicious. Each day a choice of Balinese and traditional breakfast.Staff was very friendly and caring.Swimming pool on the roof.

One night the fire alarm went off. Apparently this was triggered by bug spraying which seemed to have been done a bit too aggressively.

No shade around pool area extremely disappointing! Great pool but can not spend more than a couple of minutes around pool as it’s a roof top pool !!!!! No shade at all!!!!! Terrible terrible terrible

Friendly staff, clean facilities, perfect location.

The room was perfect for me, compact, clean and functional. The rooftop pool had great views and I had it all to myself at sunset. You could hear horrendous karaoke, till 11:30pm, but slept well once asleep.The staff were very accommodating, extra towel, ice, use of facilities after checkout etc.

The area around the pool needs some maintenance.

Breakfast basic but ok. Only allowed one a la cart dish..not buffet. Late checkout for $30 extra .. most of. Bed soft.

Food was disappointing & didn’t get told about any of the facilities such as pool, wifi, tea/coffee

The room was small & outdated

The staff ae very helpful. They provided me with a kettle when I asked for one and a two-pin adapter for the power point in the restaurant, as there were no three pin power points like in the room. All staff that I encountered spoke very good English. Organised a vehicle at end of stay at a reasonable price from hotel to the airport.

The room that I stayed in, is starting to show some wear and tear. the roller blind cord was not working properly, and the shower head has a band aid fix, in the way of some tape for a leak. I was on the third floor and having stayed at this hotel previously was aware of the loud music generated from a nearby business. I was able to tune out to the noise but others may not be able to do so and need to be aware of this fact.

For a hotel that is very budget friendly in price I have to say that the beds are comfortable and the staff are 9 out of 10 for such a budget hotel. They’re all very happy and only too keen to please you.

Breakfast it’s just not great well the one that’s included with your room

The staff were fantastic in every way and when we asked for an extra pillow or towel, pool towels, late cleaning of our room, they were so nice and helpful. Lola, Ari and Iwan were smiling angels at reception. The restaurant staff changed breakfast options to vegetarian as needed. They had breakfast for our son too as we booked for two adults and one child. Other hotels in Bali tried to say two breakfasts only per room, even though we paid more for having our child there and it included breakfast. Thank you Zest for making our holiday so seamless. Highly recommend this location, as it has great access to shops, restaurants, massage clinics, beaches, all within walking distance. Good value for money. Comfy beds and pillows, good AC, fantastic roof pool, was not really noisy, we hardly noticed the shows across the road. Our room faced the street on the third floor. No complaints. We heard the rooms facing away from the street were more quiet.

Nothing. If there was anything, it got fixed, so no complaints.

Location is prime to where we wanted to be .Hotel rooftop pool is good .Staff always around to assist you.

Rooms are a little tired and wallpaper is peeling off but facilities are clean .Maybe a coat of paint in the rooms and doors would refreshen the hotel
