Hotel reception staff were polite/courteous and helpful and interacted positively and with genuine smiles. Pool was clean and well maintained.

On the other hand, restaurant staff preferred to talk to each other behind the coffee/bar counter. Very little to actually nil interaction with diners, we were there for 3 breakfasts. The breakfast buffet choices were left to be depleated.

Walls are so thin. Was woken up by children screaming in the pool (pool is on floor 5. I was on 3) and terribly loud construction right above us. I don’t know why they would put us in a room near construction. Did not get good rest. Location near airport but not really near shopping strip.

This is not my first stay at a Primebiz hotel, only my most disappointing. What did I like was the question? My initial dealing with the customer service personnel was pleasant. As was the last two customer service personnel I dealt with. I asked for a barista coffee, and that was provided with cost, and it was adequate

Okay, now what didn't I like?I had a two room suite with a lounge, and due to that, you think it would be at least good?Here is a list of things wrong with the room.1. The room was dated and old.2. The lounge provided had several stains on the seats.3. The dressing gowns provided were dirty with stains on.4. The room was not adequately cleaned, as in dirt on the floor, stains on the toilet and shower, and bathroom vanity.5. Bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable.On top of that, we went down to have dinner in the restaurant only to be told no! Go into your room and order room service, all while there were people in the restaurant eating, time of refusal was 7 pm. Yes, 7 pm.I was surprised at the state of the room and not being allowed to have dinner in the restaurant at 7 pm.As I have said, this is not the first PrimeBiz hotel I have stayed at,I have stayed at PrimeBiz Surabaya multiple times, and they continue to improve.

Breakfast was small but it was okay. Good location to go to Kuta area or any other location because it was close with airport. Staff was all kind. Nice budget hotel for your short term stay.

It was very noisy at night because of all the motorcycle and cars. It's on Jalan Raya(big road) so you need to know about this before you booking this hotel.

Whole night other guest were making noise we were struggling with kids we couldnt even sleep all day Accommodation spoiled out trip they should not give room next to school group

Very close from the airport, beautiful pool at the rooftop and rooms new and clean.

Just small things, maybe the dinning room is too small, sometimes i had to wait standing for breakfast. But is ok.

Perfect for 1 night; close to the airport.

It is a small room. The top of the toilet has stained. The street traffic is noisy but better after 22h00.

Great price for what you get. Good breakfast and restaurant food. Comfortable rooms. Nice rooftop pool. Good location if you want to be close to the airport. Reasonable massage/spa prices and service.

Location and price - it was what we needed for over night close to airport, clean tidy

Breakfast didn’t open at the time it was suppose to, left all the guests standing in the dark waiting to have it open, when all they had to do is put lights on. There was no urgency to breakfast open. When most was ready to go. Rooms are small and dark, like most hotels that need more lighting

The hotel is clean and we used the room for a few hours as it is close to the airport.

Rooms and Bathroom are small.

The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. We arrived at 02:00am and the staff was very friendly. They have really nice food and coffee. It was also nice to have a small gym.

It would be really nice to have some shade (umbrella) at the swimming pool.

the lighting in the room is poor, not soundproof can heard other guests were screaming and talking very loud outside the hallway. Restaurant food was not good so skipped it

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, reception, restaurant and house keeping. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotless.

It would have been nice to have a bit more choice of European food at breakfast. But we are in Bali so made the best of it. Not really a complaint just a suggestion.

I lost my key and they take money just for one key card. I visit many places but very rarely have I ever had to pay.

Above average for the type of room we were looking for. Very cost effective. Great pool. Clean. Great breakfast. Would stay again. Good water pressure from shower. Handy money exchange up the street.

Bathroom water drainage was not good. Created flooding on the floor. Road noise affected sleeping. We were at the front of the property.

The room was good. It had a bar fridge a desk and comfortable bed. It had a nice bathroom also. Just what you need when you are too busy exploring and using the room just for rest.Lovely pool, great breakfast and a lovely massage

Good location near to the airport They prepared a decent early breakfast. Underground parking.

There were cockroaches in the room. The food at the regular breakfast wasn’t particularly tasty. The towels were quite dirty.The safe didn’t work. An employee tried to fix it and replaced the chip, but after a while, it broke again, and we had to urgently retrieve our belongings from it
