18 Suite Villa Kuta

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and polite, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very centrally located in kuta,yet quiet. Wonda at the front desk was very prompt in her replies. Its a bit small for a villa but compact has a stove and crockery too.

We requested for late check out by 2pm but was flatly refused by one of the staff without even checking whether they had guests arriving,inspite of us staying for seven days. They said that we would have to pay.This was disappointing to hear as normally hotels do oblige whenever its possible.

Minor thing, but a lot of leaves in the private pool.

Just the duplex villa was good

I didn't like anything. After staying in 2 different properties, we had our last stay in this hotel. Nothing was good. The hotel staff didn't respond properly. Hospitality 0, charging higher prices for everything. (I will give an example:- we asked for airport drop service so they told 175K, we opened the Grab app and checked the price, it was 27k. And this is just one example of many). This hotel is greedy. During checkout also they tried a lot to get some money by saying all lies regarding missing glasses etc. breakfast had nothing to eat. Ants everywhere. Bathroom didn't have hand washes or lotions or tissues besides sinks. I can literally go on an on and on. I wanted to give 0 stars but just for the duplex villa being spacious and romantic, i gave 3 stars. Not recommended at all. There are many other places to stay much better than this at the same price.

The private pool and proximity to town

Amazing property with all facilities. Loved the indoor pool and outside one. With 24 hour restaurant inside the resort was great.

This is a lovely hotel, the room was perfect and I loved the private pool. Breakfast was good, and room service meals were tasty and very good value. The location is great, easy walk to the beach, Discovery Mall, shops, markets and restaurants. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Everything is very clean. I would definitely stay again.

The wifi was flaky at times.

Good location, close to everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and villa was quiet and private.Only bath towels provided, no hand towels or face washers but great for one nightWelcome coconut was much appreciated

Superb villas, excellent staff, lovely atmosphere and perfect location but rats on the ground level floor lounge room a night.

The private pool was nice and the resident cat was very adorable.

Size of the room is quite small and some of the bathroom fixtures were not working properly like the tap to fill the bathtub outside. At one time, there was no water supply to the room, so I wasn’t able to take shower after swimming, but the staff was quick to respond to the issue.

The pool needs attention, needs a scrub & more chlorine, had some green algae. Otherwise everything perfect.

We loved our 8 night stay at 18 Suite. Everything has been easy and never to much to ask. They helped decorate our room for my partners birthday with balloon's and cake. Room service 24/7. Was good, simple and cheap eats. Our flight home was a late one so checked out at midday and we got to leave our luggage and head out for the day and come back to hang at the pool for some more time.Room was made up everyday if requested, bed was so so comfortable was like a cloud in paradise. Loved our own pool in room and 2 bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) very handy.Only maybe feedback would be phone down stairs - to order room service, only phone upstairs. And the TV upstairs is not a smart tv- but this would me trying to find anything for feedback We will stay again- close to airport and kuta (main street- i think) so lotsa restaurant/ bars/ shopping Accommodation was also very reasonable price for what they offer

Clean, good location

Narrow and tight spaces, especially the bathrooms, had to walk out into the bedroom to dry as would hit arms on the shower screen or wall

Pool in the room

Not clean enough. We have to ask pool to be clean as it was green, few cleaning details need to be up.

It was close to center of kuta. Sheets are clean

VERY OLD villa. Moldy walls. Towels are old.

Most affordable villa with private pool I could find around Kuta and still keep its Bali vibes. Cleanliness of the pool area could be improved but bed, bathroom and bathtub are excellent. Staffs are also helpful with flower deco arrangement before our arrival. Good selection of breakfast too which can be served as floating in pool upon request. Definitely recommended!

Great location in Kuta, staff were always friendly and smiling and available to help where needed. Air conditioning was ice cold in bedrooms and beds were comfortable

Did not expect villa to be 3 stories high and was definitely not expecting 3 flights of stairs to climb to bed every night, villa pool was in lounge room with no air conditioning which made sitting with family difficult as well as day bed making it difficult to sit on. Unfortunately on our last 2 nights we had some new neighbours stay and they were extremely loud playing loud music, yelling at each other and slamming doors late into the night/early morning it was extremely rude and made sleeping difficult.

Pool is too small there is some insects the room is tide

Close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very kind.

Bathrooms were hazardous with sharp edge tiles and leaking showers.

Staff are beautiful people, the rooms were really nice and the bed and pillows were to die for. Could not fault these villas. Only stayed a few nights but will definitely come back and stay for a couple of weeks ?

Had a few hiccups with the shower and the pressure wasn’t to good
