Breakfast needs to be improved...hot food cold...coffee is bad...very limited....

Really great value for money! The pool bar and massage facilities are awesome if you feel like having a lazy day. It's definitely worth adding breakfast onto your stay!

Good location in Kuta but tucked away from the trafficVery cheap - we stayed just for the day/night prior to late night flightAir con worked.

Bathroom was very tired as were rooms. But for $35 a night this was expected. Dont come expecting new, or luxury.

Staff is so good and clean.Beach and all the Resturant are near which I love it

Room is not sound proof and when some went to toilet and flash the toilet then sound was hearing.Also breakfast items are so limited. Another I did not like if I pay the card they charges 3% on total amount which have never seen other country.

They are helpful and supportive

Wall is not sound proof if someone fall the toilet want is hearing. Also Breakfast is limited items which need to be modified

Room is good. This is within budget. Near to kuta beach. But there are few shop and restarent around.

Though they said have luggage storage buy only for 2/3 hours.

Was very surprised with room size, very clean, staff very obliging. Good pool and breakfast. Location was very central to everything, spas, shops and beach. Value for money, Will use Bali Sandy on next visit.

Location was in a quilt place, 8 min walking distance to Kuta beach. Everywhere shops and markets around. The pool and the flowers around beautiful.

The property needs some upgrades, like the bed and the bathroom, air conditioning.

The staff are friendly, good location in the heart of Kuta, every day you get water, coffee and tea bags, sugar and creamers, you have a mini fridge and the pool was nice.

If you forget to put the DO NOT DISTURB sign at night, the house keeping will wake you up at 8 am, the room was clean but full of spider nets, you can’t sit for long in the balcony or in the pool because of the mosquitoes (but I guess that’s a Bali issue) so beware to not let any door open for a while. The Wifi was bad

Very good location close to a massive shopping centre and easy to access Kuta markets, kuta beach, and good restaurants.

Spacious clean room with outside balcony overlooking pool. Everything looked like it had recently been replaced.Shower cap in bathroom which was a bonus.Great size pool with surrounding deck chairs.

The pool was nice. We had a room with a lovely balcony. The courtyard was beautifully landscaped.

Breakfast started at least twenty minutes later than advertised, they kept running out of food, and it was not well-staffed. Staff appeared to be arriving as breakfast was underway. The entire property seemed somewhat understaffed. Even when given 15-20 minutes notice, our bags were still not brought down before our departure shuttle arrived.

it was too damp smelling to bad. if you close the ac it smells worse.

You get what you pay for. The place and furnishings are outdated and needs renovations so dont expect the Ritz. But its very close to everything in north Kuta/Legian and the staff are friendly, pool was sufficient, and breakfast ok - lots of cafes very close by to eat at anyway. Can't be mad at the cheap price if you're just wanting somewhere central and quiet. Suited us just fine.

Other guests complaining about anything and everything. While it does need updating - the staff did their best to compensate and we felt a bit sorry for them having to endure rude guests that thought they were at a five star resort.

Right in the middle of the Center. Easy to Travel around. Many Restaurantsand Bars. Breakfast was good. Staffage were Polite and helpful.

The blanket was too thin and not comfortable. There were dusts on the Head of the bed.
