The staff were incredible! The rooms well for conditioned. Spacious. The bed was comfy , the lounge was good. The lighting great. The staff were incredibly helpful i would say that they were probably my favorite part about the stay. The buffet breakfast INCREDIBLE another highlight. The grounds were clean and so very beautifully pleasing.

The bar fridge didnt cool so we couldn't keep drinks cold or fruit or Yogurts for the baby. The kids club needed more toys and fun things to do to keep the kids entertained while there. I can offer to bring toys next time for a discount of buffet dinner inclusions if you would like email me please.

It is my 2nd time here, in a row, because this hotel is very comfortable, room is spacious, comfy bed, complete amenities, the breakfast also delicious and have a wide selections. The location also not in a crowded area

Location, staff, breakfast were so good

The showers were not clean the bathrooms were disgusting, floor mouldy and bathroom had a weird smell to it, felt uncomfortable when showering had to put on my shoes in the shower felt like I was in a camping ground on our floor. They had no iron in the rooms had to contact reception several times to request certain items. The food and milkshakes were a stand out and a family favourite ?. The staff were amazing and helpful always making sure my kids weee ok. Those bathrooms were disgusting. Unfortunately.

the room was very comfortable, the pool in front of the room always cleaned was amazing we used it every day. the environment of the hotel so pretty and looked after for sure.

the breakfast was good but I think might missed a few option in terms of sweets.

The room was great, very spacious and had a great view of the garden and pool.Breakfast was also great, fresh cooked omelet each day, plenty of fruit, heaps of choices.Pool and garden were a delight, garden exceptional.

My husband and I arrived the day before silence day for a two-night stay before our flight home. We had been in Bali for 8 days and had stayed in two different resorts with friends. Both resorts we had no complaints, however, we, were highly disappointed with The Golden Tulip Jineng, concerning because this was the most expensive hotel out of them all. The service at the upstairs bar was extremely slow, it wasn’t even busy. The drinks were 30% more the price than the two previous hotels and no happy hour offered. We spend our first night in the restaurant as we couldn’t find any place to eat in walking distance. The service was slow, we waited nearly 45 minutes, even though it was quiet, the food was not edible, and the wine overpriced. Breakfast was limited and did not cater for westerners. My husband was sick, and I ordered lunch alone, I opted for the Pad Thai as safe option as I had it several times on the holiday. It was so tasteless and bad that I had two spoons full and had to leave it, even though I was hungry. We had bought drinks & snacks as we knew on silence day, we could not leave the hotel. The fridge in the room did not work, so warm drinks and soft chocolate. We paid extra for the buffet dinner, I tried all different food, EVERYTHING was cold, I was hungry, but cold plain rice was all I could eat, along with some fruit. We had to stay in our room from 6pm with the curtain closed which we understood. The. Room was scruffy and depressing, and the air-con was pointless, it was so hot and stuffy. We’d asked for a wakeup call at 6am for our flight but it didn’t happen, thankfully, we had set our own alarm. If we could turn back time we would have stayed at our last hotel, if this was not possible, we would have flown home two days earlier. We will never stay in a Golden Tulip Resort again.

We had stayed here 6 years ago & decided to return. Time & covid have run it down a bit, but the staff were so accommodating it wasn't an issue. The pool outside our rooms was the draw card because swimming was all the kids wanted to do. Overall it was a clean, comfortable & enjoyable stay.

Disappointing

The close the corridor to our room at the ends but failed to tell us in the room. The corridor was closed due to high levels of fumigation which we walked straight on in to and inhaled it was only when we got to the end of the corridor to enter the lobby area where we saw a sign. Was also weird that we had a paddle pool outside our rooms but we’re not allowed pool towels for there.

Beautiful resort, lovely staff and comfortable bed.

Wasn't close to all the shopping and the rooms were small compared to other accommodation. Buffet lacking options. Staff told us we couldn't eat outside food out by the pool area, must consume in our room.

I love the atmosphere in hotel. Pool and the arwa around pool. The service was very good. Breakfast was ok, many options, so everyone can find smth to eat. Highly recommend this place

Small negative of this place is location. Almost nothing is on walk distance. But, we hired bike and location was not issue for us.
