The staff

Located right in the center of Kuta and beachwalk mall is literally under the hotel! The hotel is super clean and well maintained. The swimming pool's view is the ocean!

The breakfast menu could have been better by including more options that fit tourists from the middle east and Europe

Was good. Only issue i found is that the property is not at the beach. The information and pics at booking.com are misleading. Its not a beach resort.

Room was just great. Nice view over the ocean and garden, excellent aircon and spacious.Breakfast was excellent. Varied and meeting all guest's needs. I could guest my preferred natural juices made specially for me.Didn't go to the front beach. It is very wavy during the day. But hired a chair and drunk a nice coconut juice.

The front beach is a bit chaotic. Too many street vendors, not very clean and organized. Would be difficult to stay at the beach.Otherwise I do not have complaints about the hotel

Everything....great location, fabulous hotel, clean and functional and staff were lovely!

Nothing!! The carpets in the room was dirty. The facility of the hotel was not 5star. The tried to upgrade the room and was told it will be ready 24 hours later. When we returned to reception to do the move, we were told there was still guests in the room. We checked out of the hotel after just 1 night stay. It was horrible!! I would not recommend this hotel at all - the hotel is also next to the mall, which causes big traffic holdups.

The location is near to the shopping center and the shoreline is very near..the staffs are all friendly and very accommodating.

I recently spent seven days in Bali with my family for a much-needed break, and we stayed at the Sheraton Resort. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The reception team was consistently warm, friendly, and proactive — they listened to every concern and resolved anything we needed without delay.My package included breakfast and dinner, and as a vegetarian, I was genuinely impressed by the level of care they put into my meals. The team introduced me to their Head Chef, Suraya, and the Restaurant Manager, who checked in with me daily to understand what I’d like to eat. Chef Suraya prepared customised vegetarian dishes every single day, and the quality was nothing short of five-star. His food was delicious, creative, and crafted with real professionalism. He is truly an asset to the Sheraton Resort Bali.Overall, the hospitality, service, and food exceeded my expectations. This stay made our family trip memorable, and I’m grateful to the entire team for the outstanding experience.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated.

However, I was quite disappointed with the room, especially given the higher price we paid for an ocean-view room. It was extremely noisy, which made it hard to relax, and there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that lingered throughout our stay. With better soundproofing and maintenance, this could be a much better experience, as the service itself was excellent.

Excellent Breakfast with a lot of options, especially Local Energy Booster drinks are really wonderful

Location is very good in terms of beach and market access. The Room was very spacious, and the in-room facilities are also very good, Staff was very helpful and always treat you with smile

Excellent hotel, well located with a mall and numerous fantastic restaurants below. Just across the road to the beach. Nice pool and view. The breakfast was just superb. Surya, the Indian Chef made special items for us and even packed breakfast for us on the day we left - amazing experience.

Nothing about the hotel but Kuta itself was not to our liking - just toooo crowded and so many shops selling the same trashy souvenirs.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Bali. Everything was excellent, especially the breakfast and buffet dinner in both restaurants – the Italian and the Asian one.

We booked for 4 people with half-board. Initially it was a miscommunication and they gave halfboard only for 2 people. After discussion with staff they adjusted for 4 people.

It was good but not worth that amount of money maybe should be cheaper to just meet the expectations.

The room doesn’t feel new and not a lot of things to do inside the resort so you must go out and explore but the good thing is that they have connected Mall and close to the beach.

The staff were wonderful, housekeeping had a surprise for us each day.

We had a suite for our honeymoon but the AC was extremely bad we woke up each night sweating even though we slept without covering our selves, it was that much hot. I talked to the manager and they sent engineers to fix it, but nothing changed, so we spent 4 nights pretty much without AC.

The location is good

The furniture in the rooms is old and has not been renovated, and the bed and sheets are old and unclean and do not meet the standards of a five-star hotel.

Great location opposite to Kuta beach and right beside a nice mall, rooms were spacious and staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was always great featuring multiple cuisines daily, many thanks for Anna and Andika for their help and hospitality, they managed to help us choosing specific stuff in the breakfast that are suitable for my allergy and my son (gluten allergy), thanks also for Rahde in the reception for his nice welcome and inspiring information about destinations and attractions in Bali, will definitely make it aging to Sheraton Kuta in our next visit to Bali, “five stars ⭐️ “

Beautiful property, connected to Beachfront mall, spacious rooms, right opposite to Kuta beach. We needed a quieter stay away from party scene and this property fits the bill.

Spa and restaurants are super expensive
