Breakfast was great. The location was excellent. The staff was excellent and accommodating.

Our rain shower didn't work and it was never fixed. After being reported several times.

Nothing really. Minor issues like not enough water bottles & tea bags were quickly replaced

My room at level 3. Somehow it was noisy during midnight and early morning where I can hear noises on top of the ceiling. Not sure is it due to staff setting up tables in the restaurant at level 4.A bit disappointed with the pool view as there is renovation right in front of the beautiful view and its dusty.

The smell of the corridors is horrible like humidity. It seemed old not really like a 5*. The sink was blocked and when i washed my hand a horrible smell was there from the drainage but they fixed it immediately

Staff service and location was top notch.Water pressure in the shower was great, they had hot & cold. Too bad no jet shower

Breakfast varieties was a lot unfortunately the taste were missing in every course we tried and even the jamu and sushi was not fresh (not presentable).

This was luxury beach front accommodation with a plunge room Enjoyed the staff who gave me a welcome gift and the ability to get my clothes washed and cleaned before leaving

The beach was beautiful but the vendors were very aggressive

The bathroom is NOT comfortable at all !!Also, they provide a very low quality shampoo. They refill the shampoo bottle and shower gel with the same liquid ? THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL BEHAVIOR!!

Bad rooms with reception view that you can hear everything there. Not clean and Staff is not that good. Facilities are super bad. Definitely NOT a five star hotel

Everything was just terrible

Hotel is somewhat outdated reception dark gloomy and no ambience..the entrance from the lift from street gives an air of mystery as you navigate the long curved walk. Then you reach reception area. Gloom. I arrived an hour early and was invited to sit in a meeting room to enjoy free refreshments. Another gloomy area with no appeal. My room was well appointed very clean. I believe non smoking wing. Remnants of stinking stale cigarette smoke smelt through out. My view was the view of a magnificent boat in the middle of building.Mostly I ordered room service. Hit and miss with the telephonist taking my order to placing it with kitchen what you actually got was a different spin However, still tasty and delish.Pool area.. warm and view spectacular. Great poolside service.Breakfast - 10 out 10. You wanted for nothing. Eat small start at the West and finish sampling the North of the Buffet select They had it all. Fresh delicious sustainable food. Staff pleasantly friendly.

The bathtub

The food was very below average, I understand it was over Nyepi day but for the cost of the dinner I would have rather had a cup of noodles! Not fresh tasting at all

The staff were really nice, but that is the only good thing.

This isn’t a 5 star hotel. The room was dark and dingy, didn’t look very clean. Hallways smelt. The breakfast was not worth it, food didn’t look fresh or smell nice.

The AC temperature didn’t change. There was no AC remote but a wall mount temperature control. The check in wasn’t seamless. Despite paying the property before checking in, they wanted to “verify the credit card” by swiping refundable IDR 10,000. It was totally unnecessary. We asked for cappuccino and they sent us black coffee. Then we asked for milk for the black coffee so they sent really cold milk that would make our hot coffee into room temperature coffee. We asked for omelette and bread, they sent us their entire breakfast spread. All of this wasted a lot of time and effort. Lastly, there were no towels in the room. When we asked for towels they sent us 30-45 mins late that made our itinerary late.

Breakfast was amazing. Location was perfect. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Security even kept us inside in the air conditioning while they waited outside for our Grab to arrive.
