The location is very strategic and i love the interior of the hotel. All of the staff is very nice & friendly. Definitely will come back

The staff was amazing especially JJ who always had a warm smile and always ready to welcome you and to help in any way.

The location is good, near Beachwalk and also Kuta Beach

The restaurant is small, but it’s ok because I have breakfast at 7am and still quite.

This hotel is very comfortable if you like peace and quiet, the staff is friendly, and it's close to the mall and the beach.

The staffs were wonderful and kind, making the entire stay incredible. Everyone was happy to help and make it such an amazing experience. The room was great, food and breakfast was delicious. We had a great experience and great happy hours time and cocktails which was lovely. Thank you to everyone at Casa Wina Kuta for such a warm and welcoming experience.

I spent only one day here, but it felt special, the hotel is very close to the beach, the waves were great, perfect for surfers, the sunsets were beautiful, it was such a nice way to end the day, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome here.. overall, it’s a great place if you love the beach and want to relax. I’d definitely come back.

Found this hotel through a friend recommendation and shocked !! It such a nice and comfortable place here, even though it's a bit tucked away and not on the main road. Although the entrance to the hotel is a bit narrow, the location is very strategic. It's just 5-minute walk to Kuta Beach and close to Beachwalk Mall. The road behind the hotel also connects to Benesari and Legian Street, where it is very easy to find good food, bars nightclubs, laundromats, rental bikes and many art shops. And the great thing about this hotel is that even though Kuta is very crowded, the location inside the hotel is very quiet and comfortable, so I can rest peacefully.The breakfast quite varied, and staffs are very friendly. From the housekeeping staff, cooks, and bartenders to the front desk staff, everyone talked nicely to me. My room clean, garden is great. I’ll definitely back and stay here again.

The staff handover was poorly managed, resulting in an error with the key deposit refund. An additional massage charge was wrongly deducted, and there was no one at the counter—only a security guard present. This caused significant disruption to our subsequent itinerary, with the ticket change for the ferry to Peniada Island descending into utter chaos.

Amazing services done by Fera at reception. When we complained about the room and wanted a change, she upgraded the room and provided us another room with a discount. She even took time to show us different rooms for us to choose from. All the staffs are very nice, but Fera is extra supportive and helpful.Location is good - 5 minute walk to the beach and beachwalk shopping mall, and the back entrance is connected to Legian street in 5-10 minute walk. Small entrance roads but still accessible by cars. Late night walk might be a bit scary due to the lack of lighting and small alley.

Room facilities are a hit-or-miss - if you prefer a more well-kept places, you should aim for the most premium ones - they are the ones in a semi-separate area and newly built/renovated. We checked in late so we were initially assigned a small room in the hidden corner of the complex with lack of natural light, old facilities and no hand-held shower - this room should be marketed with a discount, not a full price like other rooms

Pros. Good location. A short walk to the beach or through the gate onto the top road with Warungs and shops. The garden areas are well maintained and the pool is clean, although there are not many loungers or shade. Each time, we had to ask for the pool towels.The suite room was a good size.

Cons. No welcome drink, no cold towel on arrival. No instructions as to how to exit the property to the beach or the top road. We used Google maps. We have never stayed anywhere as noisy as this hotel! 2 separate couples opposite had a screaming row at 1.30am, swearing and slamming doors. One family were therefore moved into the room next door to us at 2am. The other couple were apparently evicted the next day! The following night, new guests in the room next door had loud talking on the terrace at 3am, then prayer chanting at 5am!The room was not cleaned properly, if at all. The floors weren't mopped in the 11 days we were there. We kept the room very tidy and made the bed. Housekeeping, therefore, didn't do much except empty the bins! We had to ask for toilet paper. Twice the spare toilet roll was removed from the room!! Toiletries were not replaced. The shower screen and mirror were never cleaned. There was a metal strip coming away from the sink unit, which was sharp and dangerous. The black tap was peeling. The smell of sewage in the room was overpowering. The kettle was old and took forever to boil. No coffee sachets the first week. Luckily, we brought our own. The safe was locked on arrival and we had to ask reception twice before it was opened. Breakfast was very poor. The toaster was ancient. There were no glasses for juice. Staff at breakfast were not welcoming and quite abrupt. Food was not topped up despite being "available" until 11am. We tried it twice in 11 days, that was more than enough as we were afraid to get sick.Reception booked us a grab to the airport & the driver wanted to charge A$55! I refused & gave him A$30, it's usually $25! We would not stay here again, don't recommend it to anyone and were very happy to be leaving for home. We've been to Bali 15+ times but this hotel spoilt this trip for us.

Location is excellent, we had a newly renovated room which was very nice. The pool has a shallow separate section which is very handy for children

The breakfast is always cold and very average and the road to the front of the property needs to be repaired. Pool beds need to be replaced

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — it's within walking distance between Kuta Beach and Beachwalk shopping mall. That made it super convenient to explore the area without needing transportation. The surroundings felt safe and lively, with lots of shops, cafes, and attractions nearby.

There are a couple of things that could be improved. The breakfast menu was quite limited, with not many options to choose from. Also, the water in the bathroom had a noticeable smell, which was a bit unpleasant.

The room was not clean The day they kept the water to drink , they don’t keep the opener as the water kept in the room opens with opener only The room had cockroaches and lizards I am not saying just hayway;;;;; I have pictures to prove The bathroom sink was functional at times The bathroom stinks like something The towels were torn and smelled bad The breakfast dishes were dirty , looked like they don’t clean it everyday .The bathroom door didn’t had a lock There was no soap and shampoo in the room I had confirmed 2 rooms for 4 nights But really had a bad experience

The entire place is cozy, quiet, and very enjoyable, with the pool and bar located in the center. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Great location!

The walls of my room were too thin as I could hear my neighbours listening to loud music, leaving and arriving in the middle of the night, slamming the doors.

I had an amazing time staying at Casa Wina in Kuta. The place is well organized, clean and peaceful. The staff is amazing and the service absolutely met all of my expectations. The location is another great thing about this hotel. 3 minute walk to the beach and about 5 to the Beachwalk Shopping Mall. I will be coming back, definitely.

Very nice hotel i would recommend it great value for money , the staff was very friendly and helpful specially Fera she was so nice. The breakfast was delicious the rooms are clean the pool is so good. The location was good in the center of town just less than 5 minutes walking to kuta beach and beach walk mall and legion steet

only is that the hotel in a bit dark narrow street but it wasn’t a problem at all it’s safe
