Kuta Beach Club Hotel

Everything , breakfast is good , the pools great and all the staff very friendly , nothing I didn't like !!

The room given was not the room shown in your web and instead was an old building and a very far walk pass the newest building and pool. I had to move to a newer room and they asked me to pay additional Rp.1.2millions.No lotion nor conditioner in bathroom

The room they gave us was an older building and they gave my mother(has problem walking) on the second floor, towel looks worn down, color is not white anymore, room and inside is old. I have to request for conditioners and they don't supply body lotions.

no shower door and 1/8" lip on shower to bathroom floor so it sprays all over floor.

Pool hours (7 to 7) we're a little limiting given the temps in Kuta.

The pool area was lovely with the swim-up bar, lovely, friendly staff, and it had a pool table and table tennis

The shower head in room 562 had green mold and the bathroom also had mold on the tiles

the is a lady at frint desk (on morning shift @2nd January 26), very sweet and help full

we used love this hotel, been stay there more the 10 times but now the staff at front desk so rude special on afternoon or night ahift @1st January, there 2 man, one with dark skin with ungly face and is a tall brihgt man, not help full, so rude to warring us about packages that arrive our arrival day. what is so difficult to accept and keep our packages before we arrive ?? its never happen is other hotel at Bali. so sad.

Good location, staff were excellent, very helpful & polite. The rooms were fantastic & the shower was huge. Ground floor room highly recommended.

Pool, Breakfast, Kids Club, Location, Atmosphere

We requested an interconnecting room, our request was fulfilled. Rooms were very large, shower & toilets also huge. Pool was very clean, air con worked extremely well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping centre, supermarkets, beach & waterbom. On a busy street but nestled away so you have peace and quiet and good sleep. Rooms were cleaned every morning. Hotel restaurant open always, if you arrive late still able to purchase a meal. Buffet breakfast was good. Very close to the airport too. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

Shower pressure was sometimes difficult to get right, internet cut out occasionally, breakfast could have a little more variety. Only two small bottles of water provided per room, bottle sizes should be larger. No lifts for upper rooms, stairs only. Minor details but did not effect our stay at all.

Room 123: Comfy bed, close to the lift, stairs and main entrance. Friendly staff. Hotel in fantastic location. Bfast provided however I went to surrounding cafes.Will try the ground floor on next stay.

Leaky fridge, only freezer kept drinks cold. Blocked basin & messy sheets beneath blanket upon arrival, fixed by housekeeping that night.

Staff is very friendly! There were plenty of breakfast options, and the pool was large and really nice!

The room had a musty, moldy smell, which was uncomfortable.Also, at breakfast there were only two baby chairs, and both were taken, so we couldn't get one. The hotel should provide more for families.

The pool was one of the highlights—clean, well-maintained, and not overly crowded. There were plenty of loungers, and the water temperature was perfect for relaxing after a long day.The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design and all the amenities I needed. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and housekeeping kept everything spotlessBreakfast was surprisingly good, offering a wide selection of both hot and cold items. The food was very fresh and tasted great, and the made-to-order omelets were a nice touch. Seating was ample, and staff kept everything stocked and clean throughout the morning rush.

Although mentioned in the listing, the room did not have a suit press or iron.The description indicated a suit press and iron, but neither was available in the room.

Location and Pool,

Room booked didn't look anything like the one we stayed in needed updating, shower was to close to toilet and would get soaked from shower.

The staff is very kind, the atmosphere is wonderful with a clean room and the location is wonderful beside everything

I could not fault anything at Kuta Beach Club, the staff were so lovely and helpful, the room was very clean, air conditioning great and the pool was amazing. Very yummy breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here. I will be back.

Very clean, amazing pool, breakfast and staff. Comfortable bed!

Very well organized and staff very friendly. The location is great and easy to access the beach and the main parts of Kuta by foot or with a Grab.

Would be nice to have vegan options on the breakfast.
