100 Sunset Kuta Hotel & Ballroom

the room is spacious, the bed is comfy..

Very loud and noise from the main sunset road, advise; should install sound proof.. the card to unlock the door didnt work until we reported to reception 3 times then its fixed.

The room was comfortable as was the bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to the Simloan hospital which was great for me as my husband had been admitted

It was quite noisy in the hallway at times and also when they have events in the hall next door. The carpet in the hallway was really dirty. I think they may be in the process of upgrading parts of the hotel but they definitely need to get rid of the carpet.

I like the place,coz it's peaceful, and the staff was kind and helpful.

The weather is humid, bail Indonesia always hot weather during February to June..

Room with spacious, clean and tidyI informed staff that the room I was in was noisy (due to other quests) so the went out of there way and upgraded my room to a more quite location.

Staff were great very friendly and helpful.

I was kept awake by guests hanging out in the hallway outside my room in the middle of the night. One of them even rang my doorbell and woke me up, not impressed.

Rundown, local shopping mall shut down. Nothing really nearby.

but i dont like when we ask for a bottle of water. we need to pay. and expensive also. and they ware giving me in down floor. not high floor.

The location is good but not near the beaches. Near to Mall and airport. .

Very freaking hot, the air cons are not functioning at all. I made a complaint and the receptionist called the so called engineer who is also a hotel waiter and he just cleaned the filter which does not change anything at all obviously. After 1-2 hours of complaints, the receptionist showed me the other rooms but the aircons are even worse.The hotel clearly does not maintain their property well.The walls and windows are damaged, the bathroom is so dirty with stains. I checked the other rooms which are the similar conditions. This hotel is hell in Bali weather. The only cool place in this hotel is the reception!

Location, spacious room

Very very noisy room by the road. All day and evening.Needs soundproofing.Ceiling is damp with damaged paint. Easy to fix.Bed, pillows feel old and very soft.Not hot water and very low pressure

breakfast is good. staff are always smiling including security guy.

staff not familiar with the public transportation system.Actually，the Kura-kura bus and K2B bus station just nearby.

Nothing, it was not as advertised

The room had paint peeling off the walls, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and the shower didn't even work. Everything looked like the staff had just stopped bothering with cleaning.

It was the worst stay in the hotel

The room was dirty, with someone's hair and garbage lying on the ground. The air conditioning was probably never cleaned, it smelled like fungus and worked loudly. The sheets and towels were not white but gray from old age, the furniture was damaged. The toilet seat was terrible, worn out and of brownish colour. The food in the hotel was terrible, even the regional dish was bland , the fruits were cut with a dirty knife and tasted like some other dish. The service supposedly gave us an upgraded room, I cannot even imagine how the normal room looked like. It was definitely my worst stay in the hotel.

Good hotel next to the main road. Good service, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms.

There was a discount where i could do 3 days for a little over 700.000idr (instead of 2.1 million) which is an excellent deal for a hotel like this. Because of a flight change i could only stay 2 nights and ended up having to pay 1.17 million for those 2 nights. That wasn’t the deal -.-

There wasn't coin laundry near the hotel, so I asked hotel staff I needed laundry express. He searched delivery laundry outside and ordered instead me, though they are offering laundry service. It was so helpful, thanks!

I couldn't use hair dryer because of shortage.

When I arrived, they gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room because my original room was fully booked, and I appreciated this gesture. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. However, the in-room phone and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Not a big deal for me, though.

They should really consider buying new sets of linens, towels, and pillows.

The room was ckean and the bed was comfy. It has bakcony where we can sèe the kids swimming at the pool.

The elevator was under maintenance on the 2nd day of our trip. I have problem with my knees so it's really uncomfortable to climb up the stairs to reach my room at level 3 .
