Tusita Boutique Hotel

Location was the only good thing about this hostel. Breakfast was basic but good, but with a very tiny space there was no where to sit ever and enjoy it.

Very dirty hostel. The bathrooms were always dirty, the bed sheets had stains all over them. The staff were very quiet, and always on there phones. Not talking to the guests or very helpful with questions. Definitely way over priced (even for Singapore).

There was a lizard in the room. The TV did not work.

The location from the airport is great ,walk within 15 minutes and if you need a car back to the airport the drive is less than 10 minutes

only one elevator was working and although the hotel is not large you needed to wait about 8 minutes for the lift, the bathroom needed some attention, the bidet hose was rusted the shampoo bottle and body wash bottle were to small and labelled with a sticker. the booking information said sat TV but no local TV channels, no TV at all.

Comfortable good location for transit from airport and good value for money.

Needs a little general maintenance here and there. Can be a bit noisy at times other guests yelling in the corridor.

I stayed there for one night as my flight got cancelled and I needed to stay near the airport. The location of the hotel is nice, there are some good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The check-in was really great and welcoming. They provided a welcome drinks and fruits basket. Staffs were nice, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed all the meals at their restaurant. There's nice pool in the rooftop too. I really loved my little time there.

Grat location, very friendly staff, but dirty bath room, toilets,shower,dirty shower handle ,broken taps in the hand basin, dirty towels, broken doors handle, dirty floors bad bad bad and mouldy bath room look like never been cleaned,no hygiene

Rooms are specious and nice lighted. Staff very good! Owner just shall put some moeny tonkeep thisnplace top notch!!! I think with a bit of effort this could be very good hotel to stay but.....

AC is almost not giving cold air, my room was 26-27 Celsius!!! Its way to warm if you want to have comfortable night, my room phone was rangbtwice over the night?‍♂️ error or what? Poor breakfast!! Realy realy so so.... Then alll water equipment shall be from time to time decalcificated but there nothing, also i was on 5th floor and restaurant above made lot of noises!

Unbelievably cheap little hotel, even by the standards of a cheap hotel in Bali - but really punching above its weight. We used as an easy day stay near to the airport while we waited for our late flight. The room is average but ideal for a short stay. The rooftop pool is just great for a quick dip, even has a sea view. The in-house restaurant will do the basics with a smile. Our room cost a perfectly ludicrous $35 NZD, that's about US$21. I mean, what? You really can't complain about anything at that price. A paradise for a backpacker and a great stop gap for anyone else. Close to everything that matters including the main beach at Kuta.

Disappointed this time. I stay here every visit to Bali. Honestly, this stay was not great. Sliding door would not lock unless I physically picked up the entire door and put it back on the track each time. Toilet leaked onto floor. But the most disappointing part was that the last night of a 3 day stay the night staff decided to wake me up at 11:38 pm because they had neglected to charge my card for the 3rd night. Instead of waiting until morning, they insisted I come down in the middle of the night to pay. (To be fair, after complaining to the assistant manager in the morning, he personally drove me to the airport.)There is also construction going on each day, so hammers and saws until about 6pm as of July 30 2024. Normally I would give a good review, but Tusita clearly needs to step up its game compared to past stays.

Night staff makes poor decisions and then falls back on " There is no night manager" excuse.

Closer to the airport. Spacious lobby with a restaurant area. Supermarkets, restaurants, medical clinics everything is within walking distance. Easy check-in and check-out. The room was decent and cozy.

Noises from outside is unbearable at some time. Some Indian guests were banging on doors around 6 am calling their friends I believe. I heard one guest open the door and yell at them but that was temporary. Hotel management should take action for this. The door lock was bad and it was difficult to close the door. No slippers were provided.

Low cost.Good location, plenty of eating places and supermarket within walking distance.

Facilities cleanliness- e.g. shower head was tarnished and water splattered in all directions. Barely any space between toilet and sink. While a kettle was provided in the room, it was crusted with deposits and rather gross so we could not use it. (Kettles can be easily descaled regularly.) Other observations- While breakfast was 'buffet', there were restrictions e.g. limited to one egg per guest. Bath towels had black spots. There were only two clothes hangars per room.

As I book this because everything is basically just a walking distance. The mall, the souvenir market, mini market, restaurants, and the beach. ?

Its just towel smells fishy so I asked the receptionist to change to the new one on my first night. The rest is fine.
