Close to airport, helpful staff, clean room, pool, dining area. Incredible value for money! Have already booked another stay...our third.

Minor issue. Needs hand rail into pool for us older guests.

We were party of 2 - sisters, stayed for 1 night in a deluxe room with twin bed. We appreciated that the hotel upgraded our room - much appreciated! and the fact that we had twin beds. The room was spacious and comfortable. The AC was cold. Water pressure was good, enjoyed the warm shower after long drive from Singaraja. We love it that it was very close to the airport where we need to be the next day and close to restaurant where we took our family dinner there. Staffs were also super nice and helpful. Didnt wait for long to get the lighting in the bathroom fixed and delivered water upon request. We also love the fact that the room has balcony so we can enjoy a bit of fresh air. The room can also be almost completely dark in the evening that helped me to sleep better.

We had a bit of issue with the lamp in the bathroom. Technicians came twice to fix it, but later on still not completely fixed, but we were ready to sleep anyway. AC may need to be fixed so that it doesnt make too much noise in the evening.

Bathroom needs cleaning better and the mosque next door loud bugle and singing prayers late at night and 5am. That I wasn't happy about at all

The hotel is very close to the heart of Kuta. It was great value as we only booked for 1 night to be close to the airport for our late flight as we wanted to do a bit of shopping in Kuta before we left Bali. We were able to have a shower, freshen up, rearrange our bags in the AC before the short drive to airport.

The rooms are not in the best condition, and could definitely be cleaner! Also the rooms are not sound proofed, it would be hard to get a good night's sleep.

I like the staff, accommodation, facilities and breakfast.I like value for money this hotel has offer.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the VFS Global Visa Application Center in Bali, the Quest Kuta Hotel by Aston is the best option for you to reserve. It was 5 minutes walking only from the hotel to the Park 23 Shopping Mall (VFS location). The hotel provides decent price with a standard room amenities. The room has enough space to storage your luggage. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Near airport

We got there at 1:30, and my wife wasn't feeling well, so I asked about checking in early. They said they'd check, but we ended up getting our keys at 14:11 instead of 14:00. The room phone didn't work, and it was the dirtiest place I've ever seen! Everything was outdated and needs a serious renovation. The booking photos were totally different. You'll see for yourself. Skip this place if you can; it's not worth it, even for $10 a night.

The Location is good

The Staff are not well trained, cause we wait almost 1 hour for the room to be prepared, then there's issue with the Extra Bed, that missplaced.

The customer service here is truly exceptional. They create a warm and inviting atmosphere, always going above and beyond to help. It feels comforting to know that they genuinely care about your needs.

It would be wonderful if the restaurant could offer an international food menu. That way, more people can enjoy a diverse range of flavors and cuisines.

The location was near to the tourist commercials centre, the room was sound proof and spacious. I stayed at Junior suiye, for 50usd/night that was quite worthy.

There was a private jacuzzi room on our toom but none of the staff told us if its working, out of order, or any information related to that facility inside our room until i found that it looks abandoned for long.

Room was huge. 5 of us sharing the room to get ready to fly home to Sydney. Best shower too.

Decking around the pool was very dangerous. Plenty of broken timber, extremely unsafe.
