Royal Regantris Kuta

We stayed for 2 nights before heading elsewhere in Bali. The location is great as it is close to the airport and a great option for the flights that get in at night. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The pool was also very nice and has a swim up bar. There are a lot of good bars and restaurants within walking distance, and it is very close to Waterbom Bali. The beach is also a short walk away. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is very 4-star hotel comes with professional operation. They manage airport pick up and drop off very well, as well as the check in and check out process. It is also the best location where you can walk to Kuta beach, shops and market nearby.

Rooftop pool with the bar was very nice and clean. Breakfast was more than anyone can expect. Personnel was fantastic.

I liked the size of the rooms. We had to upgrade to a bigger room but it was worth the few dollars.

The pool area does not really have direct sunlight to have a bake but that is a personal preference. If you like to lay on a pool lounge under cover with a cocktail then it is

The new part of hotel was very clean very modern

The only problem with the new part of the hotel is they built it with not very much soundproofing so you can hear everything from next door to everyone talking out in the hallway lights been turned on and off so it kept waking me up that I was not too pleased about I prefer to stay in now part of the hotel that’s got more soundproofing

The property was clean

We were a mother and daughter staying in one room. We had a terrifying experience, where the interconnecting door lock was broken (unbeknown to us) at 3am a man and woman from the next room burst into our room. They didn’t speak English and were yelling at each other. It was pitch black and I was yelling at them to get out. They eventually went back to their room. We rang security but they didn’t seem to care much. They did go into other room and talk to occupants. They told us they had locked the door from that side. We got a sorry and after much discussion the next day they replaced the lock. But really didn’t seem to care.

Noise in the corridor

I liked that we had a room in the new wing and checked in early.

The new room was great and loved the pool area.

Was always clean every day the room service was beautiful, the pool was lovely and relaxing

Nothing to complain about it was great besides the fact that you only get 1 key card to open the door, it works out great if you come with your partner but I came with a friend who wanted to do her own thing every day so I kept having to ask the lovely staff to open my door which was no problem I just thought it would save the staff the hassle

Value for money and it's not too far from the beach. The room, which is a suite, is spacious

There are a bit of stinks on the couch and beddings

The staff were so friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff made our stay so comfortable.

Had a bit of a toilet issue but we were moved into another room while this was fixed. Everything else was excellent. Highly recommend the hotel.

Rooftop pool was absolutely beautiful, staff were very friendly and would do anything to help you , if you needed anything . Breakfast was good every morning . They have an egg station and make you what you like . Western food and international buffet breakfast was good .

Last two days of our stay the tv wasn’t working . It was the whole building . But they were trying to fix it . The room was clean but under the beds didn’t look like they had been cleaned for a month . Aircon in one of the rooms was spitting out water and wasn’t working properly but we rang reception and they got into it and fixed asap . Pool area was being upgraded , it was a bit tricky trying the get to the restrooms.
