While the hotel is at a great spot close to everywhere, the street passing in front of the hotel was very stressful to walk due to havy motorbike traffic

Breakfast was great. Our 4 year old loved kids club. Staff were amazing.

One of our rooms had a musky smell and the AC leaked.

It had things for everyone to do. It was also close by a lot of shops and markets.

You had to go through a narrow road to get there.

Highly recommended! It was just amazing! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. In the evening, there was not only live music but also various performances, which made it very enjoyable. The hotel also has a beautiful terrace. The beds were extremely comfortable!

Very friendly staff, 2 pools down and rooftop. Very rich breakfast. Location very accessible to market and close to beach (15 mins) walk. King bed was very good.

Rooms not sound proof

The staff were exceptional—very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The pools were well-maintained and enjoyable, and the room was clean and comfortable, with the housekeeping team doing an excellent job. However, we did notice a concern with cleanliness near the kitchen area, where we saw several rats. While this was disappointing, the overall service and hospitality provided by the staff were highly appreciated.

Pool upstairs was better, more sunlight and livelier. Overall hotel was quite not very lively so most evenings were spent out for dinner. Rooms were basic but good. Room service was not picking up on late arrival, had to go to kitchen area to ask for food order. Would be good to have a stocked Bar fridge with soft drinks and beer, and have a snack basket in room optional like other hotels in Kuta, this is charged to room, ect.

Everything was perfect from the warm welcoming to the perfect room with the nice view on the perfect pool to the yummy breakfast with the cheerful vibes I highly recommend it to solo and family travelers planning to stay in KutaNote: price was very reasonable

The swimming pool is vibrant at night with its chill vibe.

A bit far off from the beach and main road. You have to walk a bit. I am OK to go on foot to the beach during daytime but at night since it's dark in Bali everywhere, so it's a bit concern about safety if I walk alone.

The rooms were very clean, super comfy bed and pillows ? The housekeeping are present in a second anytime you would ask for something. The staff at the reception and room service were very kind.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Amazing breakfast options for vegetarians and helpful nature of the staff to go extra mile for your request with a smile. Pool was perfect and room has all the things you need to make your stay hygenic, relaxed and peaceful

The kids club was only available from 10.00-5pm with a lunch break … it wud be better if this was open for a longer period as by the time you get back to the hotel the kids club is closed

I liked the breakfast, the kids’ club, the room service and our driver, Agus.

The room would get really cold and when we opened the door to let it get warm, the floor would get very slippery from the condensation. There was also mould spots on the connecting door and the room smelt moldy.

LOVED the hotel and the overall experience!! Fabulous service!! The staff was ALWAYS SMILING and happy to service!! Very clean and nice pool & the most PERFECT LOCATION - right next to Kuta Beach and ALL major Bali activities are less than 1-1.5 hours by cab unlike faraway areas like Nusa Dua or Uluwatu which are beautiful but TOO DAMN FAR TO BOOK A HOTEL IN!!

Rooms were slightly smaller than our expectations! Slightly bigger rooms and this could have been a PERFECT 10!!
