That i could find somewhere to spend the night, as most hotels are fully booked out

Virtually everything, i used to stay here a lot, BUT they have never bothered to renovate any of the rooms.. 😵‍💫

It was not at all what was listed.There's a waterslide in the photos that didn't exist nor did it have a thing to do with the property.Also it's listed as a resort and spa and guess what, no resort no spa.Really it's a very downscale motel and very loud

The bed was really uncomfortable and the bathroom needs total renovation (room number 219)

It has a swimming pool and beautiful view

Light in the room is not so bright. The water from the AC enters the room.

The big pool did not use it, though. Good location for Kuta, near the beach and the main road, lots of shops and cafes around. It had a small restaurant, but do prefer to eat outside.

Better shower - would have been definitely good, but it was what it was. seems they have not renovated it for a long time, and the furniture was quite old.

My experience at this place was quite disappointing. The room was very basic and old-fashioned, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. The receptionist was extremely rude and often shouted at us, which made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was below average — there was no toothpaste or shampoo provided. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and definitely not worth the price

Location is good. Breakfast and pool is nice.

Stairs , no elevator so if you have suitcases you have to carry to go to the room. First room wasn’t that good as expected, then staff changed room for us. It was no shampoo or shower gel in the room.

Staff were great, location cheap taxi to all that you want with little shops and food all around the hotel as well.

room was very dirty tiny. towels and blankets was so smelly. Even housekeeping staff don’t know professionalism. they were hustling throwing blankets front of us at floor and later give us. No water enough.

Comfortable, quiet and close to eatery and convenient stores.

Staff were friendly and accomodating

No menu or fan in room, bed bugs, WIFI was weak, shower temperature difficult to regulate, other guests banging on doors and running away during the night.

Was only there for one night. Didn't try breakfast or the pool. The room was prepared and cool upon arrival. Basic and dated look, but clean. No hidden costs. Walking distance to Kuta yet still quiet enough.

Cheap room, pay for what you get, if you don't intend staying at the hotel much and just want a bed it is good

Breakfast options are not very western, pancakes have seeds in them or have been artificially colouredCannot get breakfast unless coupon taken. not good if you are on the 3rd floor with mobility issues was unable to chose ground floor even with a disability, you got what you were given

Location of the property is Good.

The part of the washroom ceiling collapsed. Luckily, no one was there when it collapsed.

Not very clean, wasn't expecting 5 star, however it was filthy, sheets threadbare and bed old and uncomfortable.

Excellent location closet to beach and shops. Swimming pool is nice. Staffs are welcoming.

The AC was not cooling for 3 days and we reported and the staff came and gave us a table fan to manage. They don’t change bedsheets or pillow cases on daily basis. Cleaning should be improved. When I asked a bottle of water on the checkout day the staff denied and asked me to buy from the shop outside.
