1. Stuffs behavior were more commercial than regular.2. Behavior wasn't bad at all. But it seemed fake to me.3. Everything was clean but the bed was very old and uncomfortable.4. Washroom was good but their tap water didn't suit me since it waa salty.

Honestly this place is such great value for money! Excellent breakfast in the morning, gorgeous pool and lovely staff. The rooms are great value for the cost as well. Also super quiet which is lovely!

The workers are really kind and helpful people. They have a nice pool and decent breakfast and the location is also good, close to the beach.
The bathroom smell horrible all the time, I think they have a serious problem with the sewer because I read other comments about it before to go and I ignored it. I couldn’t sleep well because of that ?. Also we had a problem with insects the last night and they didn’t change our room, if you want to be a good business you have to worry about your guests, it was disgusting.The experience could be a lot better if you improve all that.

Staffs are not very helpful. Bedsheet was stained and had to request for the staff to change to a new set. Breakfast has limited choice of food, not worth for money.

Location was nicely close to the airport which was what I was looking for. It is also close to quite a bit of services like laundry, convenience stores, and other shops.
Breakfast could have been better but I understand they remove the spice to accommodate more people for the buffet breakfast. So not really a negative

Statues dangerous slippery tiles hit head pool not clean
Sadly Only stayed the one night prior to departure. Lovely older hotel complex with a beautiful airy restaurant with very good meals. Well maintained gardens and pool add to the overall restful ambience. quick access to/ from airport and easy to get drivers to anywhere you wish to go. 2 minute walk to beach and walkway along the sea towards Legian etc.The staff let us store our bags and lounge around the pool until we left ft for airport. Definitely use this hotel again
