Rooms are spacious, you don’t realize until you’re in a tiny room that the pictures make it look big.Staff is awesome and you see the same faces year after year

Staff were friendly great location close to shops restaurants and beach.Room was big & clean. Air con worked well bar fridge was cold. They have breakfast and meals available.

For me the bed was really hard

The location, cleanliness, the staff were all good.

Can have a few more options for breakfast.

The banging of wood work in the rooms next to us was interesting and made it difficult to sleep. so being awake longer i guess allowed me to try to get work done.

The reception charged us for deluxe rooms for 4 nights. We were in the twin room. When adding extra nights they should have mentioned this. Why would you continue to charge extra amounts for many different nights. Then when asked to give reduced price or some funds back they declined. Be careful they do not over charge you and give you less.

Staff are very reluctant to tell local noisy holiday Indonesians to be quiet. Poor form.

They welcomed us with the AC on which was a nice thing to notice. The room smells nice. View of the pool. The staff were very friendly and smiling. The place is pretty central in my opinion and you can find many shops around.The place is also close to the bus station which means that you can take the bus K2B or K5B from the airport to this place. The beach around is for surfing and generally Kuta is for that.

It's time to recondition the room. I believe it has been a while since the pictures were taken. The place is not very close to the beach but good way to explore until there. There is a laundry/shop in front of the place but they lost my bra there and the seller was dodgy about it.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the pool area is always tidy and never overcrowded. The location is ideal — quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything we need. We’ve stayed many times over the years and will definitely be back again!

The hotel has a nice Balinese vibe to it.The kitchen has very good breakfast.The locals are friendly.We loved our room and porch.The swimming pool is great.Lots of places to eat, go for a massage and buy all sorts of wonderful things.We enjoyed the beach, sundowners on the beach and the pony carts.Good value for money.

Helpful and friendly staff who took time to help a solo traveller first time in Bali

There is hot water if you make your own hot drink in the a.m. but need to ask the staff as there is no jug in the room.

The location of the hotel is very central. Easy access to beaches and malls. The hotel is clean and neat, and they are currently doing renovations which shows interest in the general maintenance. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful as best as they could. They showed interest and gave me options. We were fortunate to have booked a room that opens to the pool and was all round a very comfortable stay.

The WiFi was appalling. The connectivity was so poor that there were long periods where I had no internet. I needed to do some work whilst away and chose this place because it offered WiFi and the overall reviews of the place was good. To my dismay, instead of extending my stay because of the staff, location and general upkeep of the place I had to leave and find a more suitable establishment for my connectivity purposes. This was the ONLY downside, and while the staff did their best to accommodate me, nothing seems to solve the problem. The hotel has a router that is placed in the lobby and the frequency does not extend to the rooms at all levels and at all times. So, if you will need WiFi for work reasons, this would not be the establishment to assist in that regard. I see they are revamping the place, and I hope that the poor Wifi capability would be addressed soon. If I do not need the Wifi as badly as I do on some of my travels, I WOULD book at this place any day!

Dark and dingy - walking down the corridor to your room is narrow hallway with ultra narrow doorways.

Within walking distance of Discovery Mall (or cheap Bluebird taxi) or beach. Pool was clean & enjoyable size. Breakfast is basic, but adequate - other eatery options close-by Aircon was cold. TV had good selection of channels. Cold mini- fridge & coffee making facilities in room.

No Wifi one night - main modem had to be reset in the morning. Took a long time for hot water to come through for a shower.

Affordable, nice shared balcony and very comfortable bed.
