Really amazing and friendly staff that helped me with everything. The pool is stunning.

The noise from the upstairs room is very easy to hear, so if you have a different sleeping schedule, might be a big problem.

Great location and quiet at the same time. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Many restaurants nearby and walking distance from the beach. Hotel is family friendly.

Room are a bit dated.

We loved the location and staff. It's very affordable in a good central location. Staff is very good, Resort is well kept. They let you leave luggage at reception if you need to check out and go around. Overall, a lovely experience

The hot shower don’t work sometimes

This hotel is great value for the money. The rooms are super spacious and clean with big balconies. It's a quiet oasis in the middle of the busy Legian/Seminyak. You can walk to the beach in 7 minutes. Now that they've built the new walkway on the beach, you can actually go for a relatively long run or walk in the morning or evening.

In total, we stayed here for one month and we were very happy. We will come back to stay here again after visiting other places in Bali. It's beautiful to have a pool surrounded by a green garden. There are many good restaurants along the street and it's a 7-10 min walk to the beach. We didn't need a scooter as everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious, that's why we picked it and we were happy with the size and air-conditioning. Good that we had a mini-fridge. It's quiet at night and an oasis from the busy traffic on the streets. Nice, firm mattress. The pillow was a bit too hard for my taste.The staff cleaned our room every day and gave us water bottles every day. We felt well taken care off!

There were some water stains on the wall. I don't think it's mold yet but as with all the buildings in Indonesia, you see the effect of the humid temperatures.

Kusuma is a lovely quiet relaxing resort. The rooms are clean and roomy and we had a great balcony area. The pool area has plenty of room and the pool is a good size with separate area for kids.

The bathroom is pretty basic.

Not 4 stars for sure! - stain on bedsheets: my sheets weren’t changed throughout the whole stay. - noticed ants in my room- towels were stained and greying although initially white- bath rug also looked dirty - I was put on the top floor - which gave the good view, however no lift- broken shower holder in my room - bath curtain was coming off the hooks which were rusty- bathtub looks old, dirty and unkempt- they offer airport transfer but the usual apps are much cheaper I dropped a crisp on the floor in a not very easy to see location which was not cleaned until 2 days later.On the last full day before my check out, my bed was made but my towels were where I left them and clearly they have also not been changed in the whole time I was there. Limescale all over the bathroom and the facilities look like they need an upgrade.

Great location—just a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and Seminyak Beach. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The double bed was a bit small for us, so we added an extra bed for a more comfortable sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our booking included breakfast, which was fantastic—having coffee and a delicious meal before our tours made our mornings smooth and enjoyable, without the need to wake up too early.

Amazing location, big, clean rooms, nice pool, helpful staff, good wifi, value for money. We can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Stay was comfortable and the rooms are large so would fit families well if that is what you are after. 10 minute walk to the beach too so convenient location

Bathroom is abit dated and needs to be refreshed / have a decent deep clean

Staff are amazing! Very friendly! The location was perfect! Just few minutes walk to Seminyak beach! Lovely restaurants nearby! We hired a driver from the hotel to do our tours! Who is lovely too! Even better option rather than doing a tour!

We only stayed for a few hours waiting for a flight. Stayed in a villa with its own pool. The property is older but kept clean. It’s close walk to beach and to explore seminyak. A 15 -20 min drive to airport.

Excellent Location, super helpful staff and large size rooms with well maintained pool. It made our stay at seminyak super comfortable..

The room was very spacious and clean, Great location but such a shame that they don't provide MORE in a lot of ways. Price is too high for what they have to offer!

This hotel is NOT a 4-star hotel and should not be called a resort. It is more a homestay with a pool. The place lacks atmosphere.- no music, no bar, no pool bar. Only water, Bintang Beer and coke are available from a fridge at reception. This is a 2-3 star hotel maximum. We checked out after the first night and went to another hotel nearby with much better facilities for not much more in price. Breakfast was very average and It took a long time to get served the meal. There is NO restaurant at the hotel to get lunch or dinner or even snacks - have to go out to a restaurant to eat for EVERY lunch meal and every dinner meal *which is very inconvenient when you have children and not relaxing, s there is no option to relax and stay at the hotel for a day.
