Pools and appointments. Tropical atmosphere.

The hygiene in the kitchen is questionable as I caught Bali Belly after the first breakfast which cost me terr discomfort and a $700 doctors bill.

The Patra Bali is a charming Hotel. Our luxuriös suite was very nice and large. The staff is very friendly. The food was good. The Japanese restaurant is excellent. The large pool is excellent.

Great pool. Next to the beach. Gardens are beautiful. Staff lovely as usual. Room was big. Shower too.

Didn't like having breakfast with 100+ people.

The room we got was upgraded at no charge which was nice. The hotel helped us arrange for a driver to pick us up at the airport and he was there waiting for us after we got through customs. We arrived off the plane after midnight so it was welcome that everything was as arranged and smooth. One of the amazing things about this resort was the buffet breakfast. It was huge and reallly a breakfast and lunch buffet offering combined. And, it was included in the room price. Very reasonable!

The staff was very cooperative, room service was super, the pool was really good, morning breakfast was good but needed to improve international food , india food has no taste also bakery items need to improve more as good cakes , other than we love the place .

The Patra Bali is not just a place to stay, it is an experience unto itself. If there's one thing that comes to mind when I think about the resort, it is luxury. The rooms, the beds, the units, the gardens - everything was perfect and luxurious. And to top it off, the beach side restaurant was amazing. And one thing that you must not miss is the traditional Balinese massage.

Not much, to be honest. Lunch and Dinner options are a bit limited, but you can find a lot of good eateries in and around the place. In addition, you can Grab your food - be sure to prepay and the hotel staff can deliver it to your room.

Amazing breakfast options. Well catered to suit vegan vegetarian diets.Staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were first class. Pools were amazing. Great location close to airport. AAA Grade resort, would definately stay again.

The front desk questioned my payment twice after I provided proof of payment at check in and I had to show proof again at checkout which did not make any sense !!!!!!!!!

I didn’t like that I had to show proof of payment more than ounce !!!!!! I didn’t like how outdated ,dusty and molded the room was!!!!!! The beach was full of trash and people were digging Lice out of each others hair on the beach!!! I’ll never go back!!!!!

Property is charging the customer for extra water bottles not all staffs were Friendly, very less international option for breakfast, restaurants inside the hotel is very expensive, mosquitoes in the roomMost annoying is the laundry staff ringing the bell early morning .

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The room was really noisy with airconditioner rattling, fridge motor and pool filter all night. The outdoor lights also were annoying. The spa was closed, the villa pool unattended and the Japanese restaurant closed. I don't think this is a 5 star resort. Maybe 4 star, but the facilities are only 3 star.

Great variety for breakfast buffet every day! We really enjoy the open resort feel and the growing greenery and landscaping. Multiple pools to choose from and excellent service from the staff - made us feel cared for. This is why we keep coming back (5th booking).

Breakfast buffet was crowded at times, lots of weekend and seminar/conference guests. It can be pretty hot on all the pavement if you're staying a distance from the lobby/driveway/restaurants - needs more shade grown up.

Beautiful property very near the airport but I never heard a plane! Has fabulous pools and in on the beach. The restaurants are very good and the breakfast is phenomenal! Staff were very kind.

We only stayed one night to catch a flight. The beach out the front was not very nice but the pool looked inviting and the breakfast had a big selection.

The rooms are a bit dated and very spread out, it can take a long walk to get to some of the rooms.

Terrible people work on reception . They manage very bad . Slowly , many mistakes always do something wrong . Do be carefull.. for such good hotel should be fired main manager for this ..

It was beautiful, but the service was so bad it didn’t matter.

The staff was incompetent, couldn’t get any food orders, correct, extremely slow, kept blocking us out of our room when we repeatedly said, do not lock the back door. Didn’t clean our room one day and then took like an hour to come clean it. But the worst was right outside of our door they put up this private dinner with extremely loud music and big subwoofers and our whole room was shaking for five hours. Everyone was complaining, it just did not make any sense to have a rock concert right outside of our rooms where literally the walls, paintings and glass was shaking for five hours. And none of them were smart enough to even understand why this was unacceptable in a five star resort. They offered to give us another room further away, but by the time they could get it ready, the music was already almost over. Honestly, I’ve never seen slower and less intelligent people in my entire life. This resort is absolutely absolutely terrible and I would barely give it three stars, if that.

The rooms were very luxurious and comfy, the breakfast had many choices of well prepared food, with a nice presentation and we loved how it is a beachfront property.

We noticed the fish ponds could use a little cleaning, the fish looked a little uncomfortable. Plus when we requested a buggy to help carry our luggage to check out, nobody came to help.

The hotel looks beautiful in the photos, but it really doesn't in look the same in real life i was very supprise not what I was expectating. It is very run down and needs a lot of work. We were very scared when the sea was rough and the whole building shook under the force of the waves. It was very frightening.For breakfast and dinner, the restaurant was very old and the cooks didn't even know how to make fried eggs.
