Bloo Bali Hotel

Super clean place, very friendly n attentive staff. Closeby restaurants, groceries etc etc. Had to extend my stay and they worked some things out and let me continue in th same room even though they were full booked out. Definitely will come back here :)

Ain't no complaints

The water heat up pretty quick. Got a room right in front of the elevator. AC unit is working perfectly, so do the TV. although TV's remote battery cover is keep falling off.

The water is a kinda slimy. Or was it the soap? Doesn't matter how much i washed, my body felt slimy until i wipe it dry with the towel. There's a door to the veranda, but the door is locked. Took a peek from the window, it was so dirty.

Friendly staff,nice location good vibes .Easy to find halal food.Breakfast is sumptuous.

Water from bathroom seems to be sticky but overall it's not bad .

The kids loved the pool. The staff were friendly. The hotel restaurant was great. We loved the area around the hotel - lot of places to hang around, eateries, souvenir shops, beer shops, food court. Great location. Close to Kuta beach too.

Everything it's amazing. the hotels are so good and comfy. it was so special and magically stay on Bloo. The rooms are great and very clean, strategic location. staff so friendlydelicious breakfast and lots of menu choices. thank you for free shuttle to Seminyak

Simplicity concept of room, air-conditioning is cold enough, various choices of breakfast. Room is spacious.

Bathroom had one kind of unpleasant smell, would be good if the cleaner spray antibacterial or air freshener. Water in the bottle is not mineral water. Dare not drink.

Everything was clean and the bathrooms were really nicely built

The pillows were really firm unfortunately wasn’t given two different types of pillows - soft and firm (only firm)

The location is excellent. Food stalls are nearby and plenty. The size of the room 426 is amazing. Worth the price.

Very accesible to groceries, restaurants, and grab if you would like to go shopping mall which is little bit far from hotel.

Cleanliness. Bathroom is a little bit filthy and dirty. I am seeing a lot insects inside the bathroom.

The friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, good pool and not expensive.

The room spacious and comfortable for 2 adults 1 kid. Have lift and the breakfast buffet also nice. The staff very friendly and easy to deal for any arrangements.

The location is far from beach but near to food stalls.

This hotel is a very budget friendly hotel but you get what you pay for. I upgraded to a ground room that opened up onto the pool.

I was very disappointed when getting into my first room, the air-conditioning was not working. Once in my new room, I noticed straight away it was filthy. Floors were dirty and covered in hair. Long black hairs in my bed that was made, leading me to believe the linnin had not been changed just that the beds had been made. The staff were very accommodating and did come and clean the room and put fresh linin on the bed. I think even if you're staying at a budget hotel at the very least, they can still clean and keep things clean. Towels are all very old and linen with holes in them. The pillows are awful, so I went to ikea to buy one. Buffet breakfast is dodgy, so gojek is the way to go. Photo after rooms cleaned with my store bought pillow

The pool was good

The rooms are tired and outdated. We upgraded and still the room was a box. The fridge was not working properly even after they came to fix it. One chair in the room we couldn’t even sit on the balcony together. We requested 2 extra pillows they couldn’t supply them as they said they didn’t have them. They only had jasmine tea couldn’t get anything else. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. Overall very very disappointing

Didn't get Fresh towels every morning. under the bed was really dusty and bed sheets bit worn out.The water bottles didn't get filled up every morning only the first night checked in and the sugar was not replaced.

Cleanliness of rooms. In particular the beds. Linen was dirty. I got bed bugs. Will not stay here again.

I had a really pleasant stay at Bloo Bali. It was my first time staying here and I was delighted with the service. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The staff were also helpful in providing me with information and recommendations for activities I can do with my family in Bali.Shoutout to Ketut who was very helpful in arranging a last minute airport transfer.The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed before around the area. The pool was also really nice and clean for my morning swim.
