Cheap buffet breakfast on Sunday, quick check in & out. Internet was fast

Very small room, no hot water, room right next to a construction with no warning of this

The kids water park wasn't ready for opening as promised.

The room, ac, shower, kitchen, couches and patios were amazing. The pool was great for kids and adults alike. The food at the restaurant and room service was so-so but there are so any better options near by.

I can’t really think of anything that I don’t like. I told them an ac unit didn’t work that well but still kinda worked and they just moved me to another better room. The food isn’t as good as restaurants near by but the hotel is perfect! Clean! And family friendly

The hotel is excellent. Very beautiful, the room is very large and well equipped. Located in front of the beach. The pool is quite large and has a good depth. Excellent breakfast with many options. I highly recommend it.

The Wi-Fi didn't work very well. Breakfast was a little expensive.

Property looks dated. Paint is peeling off every where, Lift is slow and can not take weight of 50% of its capacity

Fun place for children - they loved the splash park and indoor playground.Good breakfast options.

Very expensive laundry service.One glass in our room broke and we were charged Rp 100,00.00 to replace it (AU$10), which seemed a bit steep.

Room was very close to reception and pool area.Food and drinks were really good and value for money.Service from all the staff was great

Kids pool, spacious kitchen with electric stove, across street from beach.

Some dangerous hazards, like saw a grown man slip in steps going into pool. Breakfast buffet wasn’t good quality, glad we didn’t prepay for included breakfast.

The location & the staff

The room is very old, bathroom is very old, seems like the hotel need renovation since the location is super nice but the hotel is very old building and tired. Bathroom is really old including the towel as well. The wifi also not working properly. Not worth it for the price. But the staff very nice and welcoming us.

Location is close to beach

Rooms did not have any sound proofing which meant kids in seperate rooms woke each other up and outside guests could be heard in the rooms Property is quite old and many rooms don’t have elevator access. The elevator also broke. Beds are old and very uncomfortable. Pool area is very small and kids are constantly jumping in and splashing even where it says no jumping.

The location is great and the view is amazing.

The staff where not as friendly as other places we have stayed. The beds where so bad that non of us had any sleep and pillows where shocking. We requested on 6 occasions for bed toppers to be placed on our beds and the pillows to be changed. The mattress topper was put on in the end, but did not make a difference and the pillows were never changed. The breakfast was not the greatest.

Great spot. 2 br suite was a good size for a family of 4 or 5 and pretty decent value compared to some other places. Overall pretty good and would stay there again if in Legian/Seminyak and if they keep their prices competitive.

Pool is ok. But Kids waterslide was broken and did not seem like they were in any hurry to get it fixed. Buffet breakfast was just ok. It's rated 5 stars but I don't think it's 5 star, maybe 3.5-4 stars.

The place was clean and my family loved it. The staff were good and there were no insects. I decided to stay here again when I come here. Thank you.

Location was perfect

We were upgraded to an Ocean View room which had spectacular views and great terrace. Fantastic location.

Exceeded my expectations, nothing I didn't like.

A bit old but seen worse

Staff were really friendly and attentive. Rooms and common areas, including kids indoor playground were always very nicely cleaned and the pool area was nice and clean too. There were kids toys and floaties provided complimentary.

The breakfast could have been better/fresher. The pool area was nice but just a little plain - couldn’t have been more exciting. Rooms could have been decorated more Balinese - the current decor gives off cheap hotel vibes. Lastly I think the indoor playground could have been provided complimentary or some discounted arrangement to just be the icing on the cake for families to stay here.

Excellent service from all staff, great vibe and super close to the beach. GREAT amenities for the kids too.

The play equipment in the pool was a lot older than the advertised picture, but still good. I also think you should advertise the kids club as somewhere the parents don’t have to supervise the kids (we didn’t realise until our final day and would have utilised that service more).

Not much - the rooms were OK

First impression count - arrived at 3.30pm and room was not made up despite being told that we could book in at 14.00hrs.This seemed to be a trend because the next day the room was still not made up by 3.00pm - We had to request that it be made up asap.The primary reason for booking here was that there were children in our party and the pool entertainment area was half working for the kids for the first 2 days and then completely closed from then on! Nowhere on their booking site does it say that the pool area for kis is closed until the 15th May! There was no offer of any compensation at all from management
