Very dirty, manager started arguing and shouting while i was not aware that pay at the property is not an option on booking but internal deal with between hotel and booking is. I always pay with card and i had toRepay at the hotel also

Choice of 2 pools is a bonus, I found the rooftop pool nice and quiet.Great location

Location is good- we stayed here last year and it was perfect so we booked again this year- VERY DISAPOINTED

after such a great experience for our 6-night stay in 2024 we decided to stay here again for 12 nights for our 2025 holiday. well, wasn't that a mistake- reception staff were rude and not inviting, they tried to charge us for a mattress at $35 per night which was more than the actual room- this was from a mistake their end with the booking. the Vibe definitely was the complete opposite from the previous year and that was so disappointing after looking forward to this stay. WIFI doesn't exist in the rooms that we had, 1 of our rooms had no hot water and nothing was done about it when we mentioned it to staff, pool area is still very slippery and dangerous (we saw a few nasty falls) all these issues have been raised in previous reviews and the hotel have acknowledged on the review but nothing actually gets done.. VERY DISAPOINTED and we will NOT be staying here again

Cheap but bed was hard, WiFi didn’t work, limited tv (no YouTube or Netflix) thermostat didn’t work. Didn’t like smell in hotel.

2 pools, one on the rooftop and a larger one on ground level, location was very good, short walk to beach, shops and convenience of in house restaurant with room service. The Spa was perfect and convenient for therapeutic massage from professional and experienced staff and high quality, that was a daily treat. Hotel staff were exceptional.

The pillows all need replacing. The hotel guests with no consideration for other guests. The hotel needs to put signs up reminding the guests to be courteous to others as all would like to enjoy their holiday.

Was initially sent to a store room with a bed under the stairs , opened the curtains to get a view of corridor I had just walked along. No privacy.After refusing was taken to a standard room.Cleanliness was average. Nothing special.Buffets are good value but same food relabelled differently each night.Go once only.

housekeeping efficiency and quality were not so good. we booked 3 rooms... all were not spotlessly clean...( long black hair and such on floors)... the mattresses were perfect but the pillows substandard. I realise the age of the hotel and the continuing upgrading of rooms.. much appreciated. the request for rooms closeby and the request for single beds only was not quite met.. we had two adjacent rooms and one far away... we had two single beds in one room and double beds in the other 2. If I was informed of this before arriving, I may have booked another hotel.

Two pools, central location, rooms are clean and tidy and staff are very friendly and accomodating. Doesnt take long for ordering food and drinks, and despite being in the middle of Legian, it's relatively quiet. Wide mix of friendly people stay here - all seemed to be having a good time and happy to yarn at the bar or by the pool. Breakfast is good. Really good value for money.

The pool was good. The room was also good and but they gave us a room in the total corner side of the hotel and only thing we could see from our balcony was the other rooms. Considering the room we selected, it didn't match my expectation. But the location and service was good.

Everything is very good in this hotel. The atmosphere, the kindness of the staff.

There are no umbrellas at the hotel's rooftop pool, which is a shame. This is not the first time I have stayed at Champlung Mas Hotel. I really like it, but this time I had a room that was really unpleasant. I stayed there for 3 weeks and it was really dark, damp, and smelled of damp. But next time, because I'm going back to Champlung Mas Hotel, I'll ask for another room, because normally everything is really good.

The location

Booked and paid 7months ago, re saved booking confirmation for room and breakfast booked and on arrival room had been changed so-called upgrade. The upgrade consisted of tea and coffee making facilities. Nothing else and this upgrade did not come with breakfast after we had specifically booked a room with breakfast very dishonest and disappointing.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast was good with many options. Choice of 2 pools. Good location and walkable to Legian beach.

Noisy, all day and night. Constant doors banging shut. Kids screaming through the halls. Construction happening nearby, possibly the room next door to us. Banging, hammering and drilling during the day. Property needs work which is understandable. Guess you get what you pay for.

The rooms are very spacious. Bed was comfy and got pillows to our liking. Aircon was very good!

That we were next to the housekeeping room and the phone would ring there all during the night and earlu hours of morning.
