Very close to the airport. Walking about 15~20 minutes to departure section of the airport.

no elevator. no wifi in the room. Customers have to stay in the hallway to get wifi signals.

it doesn't look like the hotel has even one star. and here they have 4. it's not clear why. beds, towels are stained with hair and flies, asked to change the room, but there is the same - which shows that the whole hotel is so bad and dirty. In a 4-star hotel they gave one towel, considering that there are two of us in the room

Just it’s near to airport

The hotel was overall very dirty. The towel was torn, stained, and clearly used before.I honestly don’t think it’s even suitable for a one-night stay.There was a terrible smell everywhere, and the whole place was unclean.Their service was absolutely zero.Very disappointing experience.

Location was okay, although it is not walkable from the airport.

The pictures on booking do not reflect the state of the rooms. It is an old building, and it did not seem clean. The price was too high for this room. Would not recommend.

Friendly staff and 24hr reception. Dirty rooms, sheets and bathrooms. Did not reply to booking.com messages and does not have whatsapp number. Comfy bed and quiet hotel. Linen was stained. No toilet paper provided.

Disappointing

Still a gojek away from airport. Not within easy walking distance. Rooms very basic Indo style, not how they presented on booking.com photos. Not great value for money as far as Bali goes, but I guess inflated price due to proximity to airport. If you're not familiar with cheap indo style hotels i would not suggest staying here.

Bad

We booked this property to stay for 6 hours as it was meant to be close to the airport.We checked in receptionist was lovely, she advised us that they didn’t have a lift so we would need to carry all our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.We where hoping to get a few hours sleep before our flight but unfortunately upon walking into the room the sheets where extremely stained and there was work being done in the room next door (extremely loud) Safe to say we checked out within 15 minutes & weren’t even asked why.

Location to airport. Be careful as airport taxi drivers will try to rip you off saying they’re applying Kuta rates even though the drive to the hotel literally takes 5 minutes

Wouldn’t stay again and don’t recommend as there is no safety. The room terrace’s door couldn’t be locked or fully shut and the terrace was close to the street so anyone could have climbed up and get into our room in the middle of the night. I didn’t manage to sleep at all because of this. If you’re looking for safety even if on a budget look somewhere else. Also staff service isn’t great. The room is really what you pay for and the bathroom wasn’t nice. Only chose it for the price and location to airport. However, I’d recommend paying a bit more and sleeping somewhere else!

No lift , stairs is stiff ,my baby fall down from stairs while walking and bathroom accessories was not good , towel is old and toilet is old , no food in restaurant out of stock

I made a mistake in my booking (1 day too late) there was no chance of any refund even though I booked the correct night right at the moment for nearly double the price.In Addition to that I still had to pay when I wanted to store my luggage for 2 nights.The tap in the bathroom was running all night long and the AC was connected to the Light in the bedroom, so if I want to have it dark, I couldn't use the AC!?!

Nothing at all.

Small dirty rooms. Bathroom mouldy and needs a scrub. No fridge No kettle. Towels terrible No lift only stairs. No food available at all!! And nothing nearby either. I organised an early check in. Was not available so sat and waited at table in non existent restaurant for over 2 hours for room to be ready.

Good location

The name of the hotel is different to how it appears on the booking. Check Google photos! It was comfortable but you get what you pay for. Bedding and towels could be cleaner. Fine for a post flight stay.

Lonely hotel. Comfy beds. Very polite friendly professional staff. Very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here
