The location is exceptional, staff are friendly and willing to assist. The adults only pool was also a favourite.

The property is certainly showing its age.We had a few doors that wouldn’t close, a loose toilet and an occasional odour that wasn’t too pleasant.

Location is good, and the overall hotel is nice. The staffs are very helpfull.

Breakfast variation is not enough (compared to other hotels I've ever stayed), especially considering this is a 5-Star hotel. For one or two days stay, maybe it is still okay. But staying for more than that, you will be bored with the food offerings. That being said, the taste is still okay...

The only real positive from our stay at the Pullman Hotel Legian was the location – it’s conveniently close to the beach and local spots. Sadly, everything else about the experience was a letdown, especially for a hotel claiming a 5-star rating (it felt more like 3 stars at best).Our room had a modern design, but it was overshadowed by a strong musty, mouldy smell that never went away. Housekeeping did clean, but the odour persisted, and it was clear the room was poorly maintained. On top of that, the bathroom water had a strong, stagnant sewage smell, making showers unpleasant. To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in the room on our first night, completely unacceptable at any standard, let alone a supposed luxury hotel.Facilities were average. There’s only one main pool and an adults-only pool, not enough space for the number of guests. At busy times, it felt overcrowded and chaotic.The breakfast buffet was another disappointment. At $30 AUD per person, we expected a wide variety of fresh food. Instead, the selection was small, repetitive, and much of it tasted stale, almost like it had been reheated from the day before.Overall, this was far from the 5-star experience advertised. The poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, limited facilities, and underwhelming food make it very hard to recommend. We won’t be returning.

We had a marvelous time. Your front office representative ALFITO did a great job to make our stay a pleasant experience with sumptuous breakfast, and comfortable & spacious room stay.

Location was on point.Grounds were beautiful and well maintained.Transport organisers were amazing and security team helpful and super friendly.Communication for quiet day or laundry service was lacking (as in none, had to chase up). Very expensive for food.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and very efficient. We loved the adult pool where we could relax without the noise of children. The breakfast each day was exceptional.

The location is great and breakfast/ the facilities are pretty good.

For a bigger resort, the staff really were not the friendliest or most helpful. We had to wait an additional hour to get our key after check in time despite being there early just due to their inefficient process of checking in. It was also our Honeymoon and they didn't make any special effort. I would also caution against an ocean view room as they are not sound proofed at all from the traffic outside. We wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Few areas can be improved. No iron provided in the room. Had to call 3 times and got it only after waiting for few hours.

Thought it needed another pool and subsequent extra pool lounge chairs. Sometimes had to wait for someone to leave.

Staff were excellent. So friendly and polite. Pool was fantastic too. Could consider informing the guests of the pool before hand at level 3.

Cleanliness of the room can be better, there were bugs in my room at time. In 3418, the bath tub would leak from the tap, causing the side of the bath tub to be drenched and flooded.

The breakfast was a little boring not much to choose from.The room is quite worn there was an awful smell from the drain.
